It’s a one person setup . Having said that Nejad is extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering queries . He is a user himself so his knowledge is first hand . Would highly recommend

Fast responses to all my questions and goods despatched promptly, the only drawback is the poor Phonak app which means fine tuning of the hearing aids is impossible (this issue is down to the poor Phonak app and is no way a criticism of HearingNow)

Buy any brand except Phonak.

I received an informative, friendly and professional service when I initially called for advice about the reprogramming of secondhand hearing aids. The advice given was invaluable, as I was about to purchase (externally) aids that would have been locked. Following their advice, a purchase was made and successfully reprogrammed after a hearing test. Koorosh, from the Crystal Palace branch, thoroughly explained my hearing requirements and demonstrated the app capabilities for my aids. A great customer experience and somewhere I’d have no hesitation recommending. The £195 cost is steep (but ballpark for this particular service) but drops considerably on the next visit. I felt it was worth it as there aren’t many places to re-programme aids unless you have bought from the provider - which I hadn’t.

Back in November 2024 I purchased Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere i90 hearing aids from HearingNow and provided a review (5 star rating) after a week. The review commented on the superb service, friendliness and incredible depth of knowledge of Koorosh Nejab. At that time I already saw an immediate improvement in my hearing particularly in certain noisy environments using the ‘Spheric sound’ setting. The only drawback on this setting was the lowered battery life due to the more intensive signal processing needed to produce an enhanced attenuation of background noise.

Recently in one of HearingNow’s very detailed reports on hearing aid performance, across a range of different brands, I saw that Phonak had introduced a a firmware update which extended the battery life in the ‘spheric mode’ and also improved speech clarity.

Last week I attended one of HearingNow’s clinics and Koorosh updated the software in my Phonak aids and reset the levels over the audible frequency range as my hearing had unfortunately degraded in the time between appointments.

What can I say - Koorosh is the best audiologist I have ever come across. I hope he won’t mind me saying this but because he originally graduated in Electronic Engineering he has the detailed understanding of the signal processing electronics which is the building block of all hearing aids. Most audiologist don’t. He is also very friendly and professional. If you want the best audiologist look no further than HearingNow. It was well worth the trip from Oxford and back.

I visited Koorosh Nejad to have my hearing tested and my hearing aids reprogrammed the service I received was thoroughly professional from a very pleasant man and would recommend that anyone seeking the same service to look no further

Fantastic service from start to finish!
I sent second hand hearing aids, with my NHS audiology test, for reprogramming.
They were returned, cleaned, serviced and programmed to my prescription within a week.
I’m now the owner of excellent aids that cost me a fraction of the price of aids from Boots, Specsavers etc. The customer service from Koroosh was second to none. I’m delighted.

Had completely blocked ears for 2 weeks. Visited local chemist for micro suction twice but unsuccessful and told to continue putting oil in for another week and return for another attempt. Following day, I booked with K.Nejad who removed all the wax from both ears and diagnosed ear infection which had been hidden by wax. Wish I had seen him from the beginning. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I visited Koorosh for a follow up appointment - he is professional, understanding and was extremely helpful with the issues I had, he recalibrated my hearing aids after the test showed some deterioration and gave some more helpful instructions for the use and care of the aids.

As usual, wax removal appointment with Koorosh Nejad was on time, efficient and pleasant with advice given on routine ear care - first class.

Very helpful and prompt response to a query which showed great knowledge and expertise.

Early days but Great Price, Great Service and Great Product....Been a Good experience so far, arrived in good time and any problems expertly answered. Was a little concerned about dealing with a company not local but look very capable of providing an excellent Back Up service from distance and am looking forward to arranging a trip to the clinic for my complimentary fitting appointment in the near future.......

Visited to get a hearing test and then have my own aids reprogrammed accordingly. Karoosh Nejad is very efficient and clearly knows what he is doing. My hearing aids are now so much better, greatly improved hearing performance and also Bluetooth streaming is now so much better. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needs be.

We used the Telecare appointment system and found it excellent. All done from the comfort of our own home. Great facility!

Excellent service - super-quick turn-round - highly recommended...

Time was taken to explain the procedure and advice given on ear health and how to prevent issues recurring. I would absolutely recommend HearingNow Clinic
