The best priced hearing aids ever. Very smooth buying experienced, even though I was in Dubai and they were in the UK. Very smooth delivery and everything worked flawlessly. The hearing aids were half of what I was being quoted locally!!

I was fitted with in-ear Phonak hearing aids. They fitted comfortably and the sound quality is excellent. I can adjust the volume either from a button on the aids or through the phone app. The aids also adjust either automatically or manually to background noise. The audiologist listened well, was gentle and considerate and obviously skilful and knowledgeable. I thoroughly recommend.

When we moved to Dulwich we needed to find a new audiologist. We were fortunate to find Kooresh Nejad. He has provided us with excellent care to improve our hearing. He is compassionate and understanding and we highly recommend him.

On 6 May I had a routine wax removal visit to Koorosh Najad who provided his usual exemplary attention to the issue - excellent.

Efficient, affordable and the follow up with remote consulations and adjustments has been outstanding.

Mr Nejad took great care of me. He explained my issues and cleaned my ears gently and painlessly. He was excellent. I’m very sorry the Dulwich clinic closed but will travel to Crystal Palace.

I went to see Nejad Karoosh for earwax suction and explained about my hearing loss which led to anxiety
He was kind, patient and understanding. He asked me to try some hearing aids for a week, I wasn’t keen but decided I had nothing to lose and it was only for a week.
This has completely changed my life! Nejad set about finding me a pair that suited my needs for as good a price as possible, nearly £1000 cheaper than anywhere else. The after sales service has been first class.
