Great website

I was sent the women’s version of Ted bakers perfume, which is of no use to me.I won’t be bothering with trying to return it as the return won’t be free and I’ll have to post it to you. For the 9 pound perfume I don’t think it’s worth the hassle, but I can assure you that I won’t be ordering from the website again as now I’ll always be uncertain. This whole switch around really tainted my whole experience because the other perfume they were really good and smelled like the original.

very pleased with a recent order I placed for Acqua di Parma perfumes. the delivery was prompt. there was a minor issue with the delivered item which was quickly resolved by their service team. will definitely place more orders in the future and I'm happy to recommend them.

I ordered 2 Caroline Herrera perfumes from here. Smooth transaction, good communication with seller and delivery took place about 5 days after order placed. Everything arrived as described and happy with experience as a 1st time customer. I would definitely use their site again. Thanks

received exactly what I ordered, 100ml billie eilish eau de parfum, customer services was very quick to reply to my query on where my parcel was, removed 1 star as delivery a little slow but it's expected at this time of year I suppose, I would definitely use again as my experience with the fragrance warehouse was good.

Quick service and got exactly what was advertised

I bought 5 items, all testers, 4 of them eau do perfume, all 100ml. Except one was only 50 ml, and one was only eau de toilette!
Unfortunately when I used up the 50 ml tester I did not check back on the order just thought I used it up little too quickly! but when I discovered I was short-changed and cheated with the eau de perfume replaced with just eau de toilette, I realised this is s systematic deliberate action of short changing customers. BEWARE, CHECK YOUR ORDERS AGIANST WHAT YOU GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I have ordered and received the incorrect product! No response to email. PayPal dispute started. Unprofessional company, avoid!

Fast delivery, great bargain, genuine Clarins samples and a salon sized product (trying before buying full sized products), all well packed. Have placed another order for more sample sizes for stocking fillers

I've recently purchased perfumes from Fragrance Warehouse and I'm very happy with the service. Initially one item was missing from my order, but after messaging the company it's been all sorted quickly and efficiently - I even received a small perk as an apology for their mistake. Highly recommended!

I've lost confidence in The Fragrance Warehouse as they do not respond to email queries and their listed phone number disconnects every time you call it.
