I am pleased with the service I got. The only down side was that the item I received was smaller than advertised.

Ordered my favourite perfume Olympea Aqua which has been discontinued. Was tester so was fully aware may not come with box which was fine with me. Arrived very promptly, full bottle with box. Smells perfect and pricing was excellent. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again.

I had been looking for Geminesse perfume for a long time, but everywhere was out of stock.
Fragrance warehouse had one left, so ordered it, and it came within a few days by Royal Mail, no problems.

I ordered a Valentina by Valentino fragrance and am completely disappointed to say it smells nothing like the actual fragrance, and I am now starting to doubt the legitimacy of this company.

The fragrance was a 'Tester' without a lid or box, but seemingly has been filled with a different unrelated fragrance / mostly water.

What's worse still is that I've contacted the company 3 times by email to try to initiate a return / refund, and messaged once over Facebook message, and have tried 8 times now to call (0333 880 4729), and have had zero response. The phone number doesn't even work and just reverts to 'call ended'. The email address on their returns page "help 'at' thefragrancehouse.co.uk" doesn't exist either, as I also copied this email address into my return request emails and got a bounceback each time. (The return request 3 emails were successfully delivered to "help 'at' thefragrancewarehouse.co.uk" however so that is no excuse for a lack of response on their part).

The only solution I'm now left with is to raise this issue with my bank. This is absolutely appalling customer service and I'm now left with a fragrance that smells nothing like the one I ordered and paid for.

I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews on here and I am clearly not the first to have these issues.

The ironic thing is that I have received zero response to my attempts to reach the company directly, but have received two reminders in that time to leave a Trustpilot review...

Please can the company contact me ASAP to organise my return.

UPDATE: 12:19pm on 15/08/23 - I have now received a response from the company. (I posted this review several hours ago but it has only just been approved). I will update the review to reflect the full experience at the end of the process.

I purchased a Givenchy perfume at a brilliant price. Delivery was quick by tracked delivery. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Very good. Excellent competitive prices. Bought one of my favourite perfumes for a third of price at high street store. Ex display damaged box as stated on site but tbh I’m not buying the box. The perfume bottle was fine. Very well packaged,speedy delivery. Would use this site again. Thankyou

Perfume I always use so I was impressed by prices....cheapest delivery you will wait about 4 days for, but options to pay more for quicker delivery but then it makes cost same as free delivery sites..

I had recently ordered a ted baker limited edition mens aftershave only to be sent the women's version which is £4 cheaper. Still not resolved via a replacement/refund.Very slow at responding to emails and contact number just dials out. Worrying that on companies house it says the company is dissolved. Would recommend fragrance direct instead.
