Ordered and paid in full for some Hybrid flooring from their website for pickup from their Sydney store (which was the only pickup option on site). An hour later they called and said that there is an additional interstate delivery fee of over $60!!! (I was collecting the item from their shop) This extra fee increased the overall price by 30%!!. The web site makes no mention of a huge surcharge if you don't order a certain amount, the website also mentions a 5% discount if you follow their instagram which does not work either. They did refund straight away without delay, but their web site is very deceptive to make it look like they are good prices but they are not. The only contact number is a 1300 number but when I called it I just got a mobile phone message bank, so not even sure if they have a land line, they did call me back from a mobile number shortly after. I'll not be going back regardless of what "great price"they have on their web site.

There were delays with availability from the supplier due to selecting a less popular colour which was not in stock at the time and had to be manufactured but Vincent kept me updated and delivered in the timeframe promised. Was up front and honest about likely longer lead times and gave me the option to rescind my online order if they did not suit my needs. Vincent also arranged to consolidate different orders I made weeks apart into a single order so I would only pay a single delivery fee.

Very quick to sent , received goods in perfect order, would use this company again. Karen

The floor looks amazing.
Quality of product, price and service excellent.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

I ordered a large rug from the flooring guys. The delivery was quick and only $30 which I thought was very reasonable since I am in WA. I am very pleased with my purchase, its beautiful and soft. A very happy customer.

Vincent was very responsive to my queries regarding delivery timelines which was not in his control due to Covid staff shortages. Would purchase from The Flooring Guys again.

Product not as described. Bad quality. Return conditions are vague, not detailed, on the website. Delivery charges $29 to send and $40 to return. Return not accepted by a person to the warehouse also no returms accepted by the store if bought online. only via courier accepted. Frustrated with the communication and bad business practices.

Excellent customer service, nothing is a problem. I was a bit skeptical about buying flooring online but I was so surprised, it looks great and very happy with the quality.. it also arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend.
