Shoes seem to be very comfy, only time will tell. Insoles are removable so easy to take them out and replace with my own which have more arch support.
I initially ordered the wrong size by mistake. Support team were great in providing instructions for return and placing order for the correct size.
Delivery time was quick for the first pair, but the replacements took 9 days as they had to come from China - something to be aware of if you need your shoes in a hurry.

Love these shoes. They are the ONLY ones that fit my wide feet. Need more slip resistant choices though for us food service/hospital folks.

First of all your A.I chat is a complete train wreck and when I emailed customer service never got a response when tried to track my order I couldn't 6his is my second time buying fitville and definitely the worst experience I've had with your company if asked if I will ever shop fitville again properly not I will say one thing your company is quick to flood my emails with constant emails about sales you might want to use that same effort when it comes to customer service

when I ordered the shoes, I realized I got the wrong size. I sent them an email immediately and they were able to switch to the size I needed. Once I receive them, they were even more comfortable than the previous ones I had, these are the shoes I plan to use for the rest of my life as they are comfortable fit well and are stable.

This was not the first purchase - it is great to have a company that caters for wide fitting feet.
I had help to select the right trainers, ordered, but parcel arrived damaged - rejected the parcel (so no postage to return) customer support were great arranged a replacement pair, and they arrived and fit really well.

Things can go wrong, and it is how customer service responds that makes teh difference - Fitville were VERY helpful in pre-sale and post sales

The selection was what I was looking for my grandson, the site made it easy and fun to review the various products, and the ease to make the order was seamless. I appreciate it so much I recently ordered for myself. There is another shoe company that emphasized foot and heel balance it was not enought to pay $60 more. Your styles were much better and reasonably priced. Thank you

Shoe doesn’t fit with even my foot being 13 1/2, I bought fitville shoes before they ran large, but these are too small but already wore outside without thinking or I would have returned. Very disappointing!

Fitville is great to do business with. Awesome pickleball shoes (Amadeus 2). Fast shipping. Great price and value for the money.

The fit is great. Needs more cushion in the heal. Shipping totally sucks. Says it here and was shipped. No return phone calls or text or emails. I order 2 pair and they show up on different days one week after you say the ship. The ones I ordered work great on dry ground but not good in greasy oily conditions
Fix your Shipping problem!!!

The website provided an easy way to navigate through and search for sneakers, etc. The ordering process was always easy when ordering the item I needed. Shipping of the item was deliver at a reasonable time.

Credit where due: Microsoft Copilot led me to Fitville sandals dealing with a query about my foot condition. Men's sandals have saved my feet. Shoes are designed for style not function. So my toes has been thrashed by squeezing into toe box every step. Those days are over thanks to Fitville.

These shoes was for my son, and he is so hard to fit. His feet are swollen. He told me he loved them. He hasn’t said that in a long time. He said they felt do good on his feet.

Wrong size and no response from contacting, or sending it back and getting correct size

did not deliver product . sent package back to warehouse. Acording to them address was wrong. Wanted me to approve the amended address. it was incomplete. Unable to edit the address as sent to me.
