Avoid. Returns almost impossible. Ship from China. Try to get you to keep the shoes for a partial refund. As they clearly don't want them back. Seems like a scam

Non delivery. Ordered goods on 26/2 now 16/3 and no sign of the goods. Never again. AVOID.

Ordered a pair of wide fit shoes for my elderly mum. Although they didn't fit they were really good quality and light weight. My communication with Fit Ville was excellent and they responded to my messages immediately. They say they're a UK Company but the delivery was from China (which I was dubious about as id had issues elsewhere in the past) and took a few days to arrive. As quite often happens when something is coming from China you get a monetary offer and keep the goods if you require a refund. In my case my offer was good and I may even make a profit when I sell the shoes on.

These shoes are shipped direct from China, which they do not disclose anywhere on their website, other than stating that you will have to pay for the shipping cost to return them if they don't fit. Quick Google search said they are shipped from the UK which isn't true. Website is clearly full of fake reviews.

Absolutely awful trainers. Hard insole nonexistent support. Baggy round toe area. Poor fit overall. Have really sore foot after trying to wear them. Could not recommend absolute rubbish.

They stock large sizes in shoes, boots, and trainers also widths.
I have recommended them to family and friends.
I will use them again.

From navigating the website and ordering to the shoes arriving couldn't have been better.
The shoes are as described, are comfortable and seem to be made well. (I have just ordered another pair). Even after four hours of walking my feet were pain free.
I placed my first order at about 17:00 on 9th November and the parcel arrived at 11:00 on 17th November well packed and undamaged. Better delivery time than some UK based companies.

Only company I have found to cater wholly for wide feet. Some companies make wide fit shoes but it’s hit and miss on fit.
I have received shoes for everyday use and for golf, quality is good and very comfortable.
My only criticism is information on delivery details.

Since I have purchased many shoes over the past few years my planter fascliitis has gone. They really are so good for your feet and I would not wear anything else.

I've been out partying all night jumping, dancing around Ibiza and without discomfort in the feet, with that I say it all, perfect

Comunication is useless.they ignore my request to solve my problem and i an minus a £60 pair of rebound core trainers

I have several pairs of fitville shoes and boots.I find them incredibly comfortable to wear .I have a bunion and also suffer from gout.It is quite difficult to find suitable shoes/boots that look good as well as fit well.
I would highly recommend them as their wide toe box let’s your toes spread out and stops you getting blisters or very painful feet.I use one pair for cycling as well.They support your foot well on the pedals of the bike.
I am a very happy customer and also the sales provide you with great bargains!

Started getting promblem with plantar.so came cross fitville thought give these try. So comfortable. I am on feet all day best trainers bought . Got so many different colours know there great. My plantar getting much better.

Good pair of well made trainers purchased for walking. Good stability and wide enough to allow my feet to expand. They have reduced my intermittent knee and hip pain considerably and have been used on several different surfaces from smooth to rocky.

Shoes seem nicely made but didn't fit me: I'm in the process of trying to return and customer service is appalling. Returns web page has error so contains no info. I ordered two pairs for a choice of size, but neither fits. They want me to give them £30 more to get another pair and keep the original ones! Why would I want to pay for shoes that don't fit?! That would make buying a £70 pair of shoes actually cost me £170. Also, currently there is several days lapse between email messages, and no returns form supplied or offered.
I'll update this review if I eventually get a refund.

I think this is the same as the US company..lots of negative reviews among the (probably) fake positive reviews - all.suspiciously left.by people with only one review to their name.
