Completed the stage one of my pilates level 3 course, with great practical guidance from Lorena and was taught the professional aspects of teaching alongside the exercises and training.

Stage 2 reformer Pilates course with Evan was brilliant. On our assessment day he put us all at ease and was really professional with how he assessed us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at becoming a qualified instructor!

Had a call with careers advisor, Harry King, and just wanted to say that was absolutely amazing. Very informative and answered all the questions I had for the level 3 pro personal trainer package. (I even ended up buying it!)

I have just attended my first two training days in London and Lorena was very helpful and informative.

We learnt how to cue all of the exercises correctly and I found it very useful!

Would highly recommend completing your training through the Fitness Group, they have been very supportive throughout!

Warren was super responsive, explained all my options thoroughly, wasn’t pushy, gave me time to consider things and made himself available for all my questions.
I really enjoyed my interactions with him and he made my first steps with the Fitness Group simple and straightforward.

Mel is fantastic! She's been on the other end of all my emails whenever I've had a query. Looking forward to staying in touch as I start my Level 4 work, especially as this will all be self led, so contact with another human will be comforting and reassuring! Thank you Mel :D

I am truly grateful for my experience with The Fitness Group in my journey to becoming a level 3 pilates instructor. I felt well equipped thanks to the support of my tutor Allie and the thorough resources provided as part of the programme. I am looking forward to returning to partake in my extension into level 4 teaching and beyond.

Jaz talked me through the structure of the course and made it all really clear. I had lots of questions and she answered them all very helpfully and in great detail, which was what I needed. I'd definitely recommend her as a great and friendly ambassador for the company!

Come to Manchester today for my practical assessments. I was really nervous about the travel as my Newcastle assessment was cancelled however Jodie made me feel right at ease. I’m so happy to travelled down for the day, she made me feel right at ease and had a great day! 10/10

Had an assessment with Gary R. And he was polite, informative & kept the overall tone of the session easy and light so me and my peers felt a lot less pressure.
