My experience has been made great because of the regular and prompt attention obtained from Elena Tsoy. She is professionally sound and smiles disarmingly. She never frowns. We are ever happy to encounter her.

As an owner of two units (TOBB 1302 and DOLPHIN 604) with The First Group, I find that many of the positive reviews published are misleading and do not reflect the reality of my experience.

I have faced persistent delays in revenue transfers for more than a year, a complete lack of audited or transparent financial reporting, and consistently poor communication from the Owner Relations department. The performance of both units continues to decline, with no credible recovery plan or accountability in place.

Furthermore, information provided by the assigned account manager, Mohammed Olada, has been inconsistent and, in multiple instances, directly contradicted by documented records. This raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and integrity of the information being communicated to owners.

I have seen a significant amount of misleading information regarding The First Group and the performance of mentioned account manager.

Based on my experience as an owner, I am sharing this to encourage other owners to connect, align, and openly discuss the ongoing decline in service quality, lack of transparency, and deteriorating performance.

Greater coordination among owners is necessary to address these issues collectively and ensure proper accountability.
