MY VISIT AND EXPERIENCE IN CIEL DUBAI MARINA. Thanks to First Group,
thanks to Tariq Benhatchi for giving me the opportunity to experience a one of a kind stay with panoramic views, culinary excellence and iconic designed 5 Star hotel, The Ciel Dubai Marina. I also remain eternally grateful to Tariq Benhatchi, my unit manager, ab-initio was instrumental to making my trip realizable. His inspiration and encouragement motivated me to work outside my budget to be in Dubai at this time of the year. Hitherto I had no such plans, even to invite my son in Michigan USA to join me irrespective of the cost and his busy schedule as a medical student, just to experience what it feels like to be in the world tallest hotel. Since arriving in Dubai the experience has been wonderful, starting from the airport pickup, the drive was homely , to the worm reception I received from the front desk officers. The room organization is incomparable, the sumptuous breakfast I had this morning is impressively the climax of the entire experience. Thank you First Group, thank you Tariq Benhatchi for giving me the opportunity to experience profound happiness to mark my 72 years birthday in Dubai on the 22nd September, 2026. God bless us all. Amazing experience and very informative tour with the team. We have no hesitation in recommending The First Group to our friends and family.

I am posting this review again because I feel other people should know about my experience with The First Group before deciding to do business with them.
I originally posted a negative review after experiencing problems with my refund. After that, I was contacted and asked to remove the review. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and removed it because I genuinely believed they were going to resolve the situation properly.
Unfortunately, that was a mistake.
The First Group eventually refunded me $6,300, which I acknowledge. However, they still owe me AED 2,400, and despite repeatedly trying to get the remaining amount resolved, I am still being given delays and excuses.
What makes this situation especially frustrating is that I removed my original review in good faith because I trusted that the matter would be fully settled. Instead, I am now left chasing them for money that is still outstanding.
I am not writing this review because I expect special treatment. I am writing it because I believe customers have the right to know about other people's experiences.
If you are considering dealing with The First Group, my advice is to be very careful. Keep every email, message, payment record and promise in writing. Do not simply rely on verbal assurances, and make sure you receive everything you are owed before considering the matter closed.
I have been patient, I have given them opportunities to resolve this, and I even removed my original review when they asked me to. Unfortunately, the remaining AED 2,400 is still outstanding.
I am asking for nothing more than the full amount that is owed to me.
I hope The First Group will finally resolve this properly and pay the remaining AED 2,400.
Until then, I feel it is important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

The customer experience was amazing, and all processes were seamless thanks to Cristina Cernei who was professionally attentive and helpful.

Straightforwardness

I had lost interest in the company but with the way and manner Carla Isabel Nunes handled my latest relationship, I will sincerely say she has brought a renewed hope agenda into play.

I had a very positive experience with the customer service I received Fadi Mansour. He was friendly, professional, patient, and attentive to my needs. My concerns were handled promptly and respectfully, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer.

I really appreciate the excellent service and the effort made to ensure that I was satisfied. This was a great experience, and I would happily recommend their service to others. Keep up the great work!
