The Events Calendar plugin suite is not only a mighty calendar with a lot of features for your WordPress website, but they also have a superb and fast customer service with quick response times and super helpful staff. After our purchase for a client, we discovered that the "Event Importer Bundle" would be the better option. Quick message to the support and we got an uncomplicated refund for our initial purchase. After moving the project from staging to the live environment we ran into a license error -- a quick chat with Iris resolved everything in no time.

I had a situation with the 'back end' of my events calendar experience, meaning that only I and my colleagues could see the problem. I submitted a 'help' tickets and, though it was on a holiday weekend, I received a prompt suggestion from an EventsCalendar employee. I followed his suggestion that immediately solved the problem. Events Calendar has wonderful customer service!

Having a serious issue, but customer service with Frank Remmy was excellent and helped me resolve the problem quickly.

I’ve used MANY, many different calendar embedding apps and this is by far the best I’ve found in terms of flexible viewing options, ease of use (once you get your head around what I’ll admit was a slight learning curve), and particularly the support a pro-user gets. Worth every penny to upgrade to pro, even if the features aren’t needed, as the support is second to none. I’ll call out Masood from the support team… this bloke needs a pay rise - sensationally good at what he does, and sounds like a genuinely nice bloke to boot! Cheers to everyone at the events calendar!

I'm just at the start of rolling out the Event calendar plugin when I bumped into a small date problem on the community event page.
However I got lightning fast support by Iris, finding a quick and acceptable workaround.
