Having previously spent out on a…
Having previously spent out on a previous purchase of over £1200, I decided to make another purchase of £600 which when it arrived I realised was not what I expected. On trying to return it was told I would be charged a minimum 15% of the cost of the the item, £90 just to return an item I believe infringes my consumer rights. Hey ho I will make do and have just made another £700 purchase, this time with a customer focused company I have used before and I regret not using for this item. Lesson learned, you’ve lost another customer for life.

A very good company to deal with
I made several calls to the company speaking with Mac to make sure my impending purchase was the right one .I purchased the mixer which arrived well packed, i installed the mixer and was impressed even though i had been using an Allen and Heath for years this smaller 2 channel packs a punch . As a company they are very good to deal with.
