I had a problem adding my reward points to an order and Josh dealt with it promptly over the phone until the purchase was complete. Prices are always competitive, wouldn’t shop anywhere else for DJ gear. Received my order with regular tracking updates within 2 days! 5 star service.

Very quick free delivery good communication with staff and very good service with helpful staff recentley when I had a technical problem it was apposlutley no issue for the staff to help solve any product technicalities! I ordered and paid for a Saturday…
UPDATE:
The Disc DJ Store have contacted me and apologised for the delivery error.
I have now received my order and do not want to leave an entirely negative review for a mistake.
They have also refunded my delivery charge and offered a goodwill store credit.
ORGINAL REVIEW BELOW:
I ordered and paid for a Saturday delivery with DPD. My MIDI keyboard was incorrrectly scheduled for a Monday delivery with the courier.
I only had an option to reschedule the delivery for a workday the following week - not a weekend - with DPD via their app. So I've ended up having to take a day off work to get this order Friday.
I did send an email to the company but never heard back from them.
Not impressed with my experience so far...
