I regularly use the charmworks (and have done for many tears) as I buy charms for my daughter and neices on their birthdays and special occasions. I can always find a charm that is relevant and unique, and customer service is exemplary! I ordered a charm on Friday last week, having realised I had forgotten to get one for my daughter who's birthday was Sunday (doh!) I was resigned to having to give it to her late but was over the moon to receive it in the post the next day, having paid for basic p&p! If I have ever needed to contact them they have been friendly and efficient! I can't recommend them more!

The bracelet I ordered for my daughter is fabulous. She loved it and the charm. Both presented very nicely for gifting. Excellent quality and a really good choice range.
