Really pleased with my silver bracelet, perfect fit, came in a lovely box, Really good price and delivery was quick.

The charms are very well made, reasonably priced and easy to attach to a bracelet. There is a very wide choice of charms to suit all tastes. Customer service is also very good with prompt delivery.

I’ve been using The Charmworks for a few years to purchase charms for a remembrance bracelet. They have such a beautiful choice & always deliver promptly. Each charm comes in its owns little bag & my latest purchase was particularly delightful. A tiny bucket & spade. The detail & quality was amazing & it’s the cutest silver charm I’ve ever seen. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I was very impressed with this company. My first order wasn’t quite right, so they happily exchanged it. The charm I bought was very well made, detailed and good quality. Will be purchasing from The Charm Works again in the near future and would definitely recommend them.

Necklace broke so lost locket as a result! Company refused to refund me the cost of the necklace/locket because I couldn't return the locket!!

Was sent an empty envelope should have been a sterling silver acorn charm - apparently the charm was in a pouch in the envelope - there was no pouch, no charm - the envelope was taken apart and was in pieces on my coffee table there is no way there was ever a pouch with a charm in there! Thank god I only spent £26 with them!

The charms are beautiful, they were easy to attach to my link bracelet, they are well made and are absolutely the right size for my needs. The delivery was on time, the charms are packed well.
