UNBELIEVABLE Customer service.

Absolutely above and beyond any expectations. I have been ordering charms for my great nieces since they were born so 18 years now. This year I posted them off and the package was emptied in the mail. Tongue in cheek I asked if The Charm Works would give me a discount on the repeat order and they replaced them for free. Absolutely NOT their fault but they still exceeded any reasonable expectations.

For the past couple of years I have been adding charms to bracelets for my granddaughters for every birthday and Christmas, and have never been less than delighted with the service from The Charm Works. This year was a stand-out though, as I was starting a new bracelet for the latest addition to the family and decided to add an engraved tag. Due to a glitch on the website, I was allowed to add more letters to my order than would actually fit onto the tag, but the lovely Sarah H got in touch to resolve the problem and her communication was so personal and friendly that I thought she deserved a special shout-out.

Beautiful bracelet with the most adorable charms - I bought a dinosaur and a music charm and they are really cute.
I also bought the best penguin earrings which everyone compliments.
In addition the customer service of the charm works is second to none - a rare thing these days! I ordered a bracelet for my daughter which was too small (my fault entirely) and their help in resolving the problem was beyond outstanding.
Thank you - we will definitely be back for more earrings and charms.

Have purchased a few items from this company. They have a great selection to choose from. Delivery is very quick and they always respond with any queries you may have.

I needed a bracelet as a gift for the anniversary with my girlfriend. I wanted a bracelet with the milestones our story together. I wrote to the team because not all charms I wanted existed in the website. The made a poc with the design for the new charms, they gave me the dimensions, possible alternatives and supported my throughout all the order lifecycle. They arranged a delivery outside EU. It was perfect. The team was super gentle and prepared.

I buy a charm for my daughter's birthdays each year. There is a wonderful selection and they have all been amazing quality.

The silver clasp I ordered was just what I was looking for very well made and more importantly a good price. Thank you also for the quick response and posting.

I ordered the wrong size of chain and contacted The Charm Works to ask if I could return and exchange for a different size. This was organised with the greatest efficiency and with such a pleasant manner. Nothing was too much trouble.

I needed to replace my unique charm bracelet that I bought in the UK more than 20 yrs ago. It has huge sentimental value to me and it was damaged beyond repair. When I found the almost identical heart closing bracelet on Charmworks I was surprised but worried it couldn’t be shipped to Canada. When I found out it could be I immediately purchased it. It arrived less than a week later and was exactly what I had hoped it would be. I simply can’t believe how easy it was to order and receive it internationally. The quality of the bracelet is identical to the one I am replacing. My only regret is that I didn’t shop for any charms while making my purchase. I have already added one to my shopping basket. Could not be happier with my bracelet!

The charms are lovely and good quality. They also arrived quickly and packaged well. My daughter absolutely loved them, and I will definitely be buying some more things from The Charm Works!
