I placed an order on 6 October and still have not received my item. I was advised on 13 October, after chasing, that it would be sent that weekend.
I've since sent 2 emails and heard nothing back.
Customer Service is terrible.
If I do not hear back in a week with tracking details I'll be contacting my bank to process a refund due to goods not being received.

I ordered a classic bath rack in 'walnut'. After waiting a couple of weeks (as per the website), the rack arrived. How disappointing. The rack was very poorly made and of low quality, some of the slats had not been sanded and the walnut stain was patchy.
I contacted the company to request a refund and returned the bath rack. After chasing, my refund has been received for the rack, however, it's still cost me for the shipping both ways.
Unfortunately I would not recommend Thebathrack.

As with a lot of the reviews below....item took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was nothing like the dark brown walnut colour that I was expecting... Hence, as it was expensive, I decided to return it...I had noticed that I had only 7 days to request a refund...so, I emailed their designinated email address straight away...but heard nothing...and sent a further email through their contact us link a few days later...but up till this point, I have heard nothing from them....Definitely not worth the money...As another customer has advised, avoid...The website looks great and the pics beautifully styled, but items are not as expected for the money they are asking!!

Ordered the transparent easy clean bath rack with silver handles, £45.00 it’s nothing more than a piece of thin Perspex , as soon as anything is put on it it sags in the middle very flimsy too. Certainly not worth the money. Not even going to waste my time getting a refund going off what has been previously written about the customer service.

I am absolutely delighted with my new bath rack. It is so stable I can lie in the bath with my kindle and a glass of wine and know there is no chance of them ending up in the water. Being made of wood it is entirely planet friendly and the black marble finish is perfect in my bathroom. I don’t often get the chance to relax and enjoy some me-time but my new bath-rack certainly helps. It is strong enough to pile on a stack of books and a fern without bevelling so looks good when not in use as a bath tray. Thank you, I’m glad I happened upon your website, the bath-rack is exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a bath rack from this company through Etsy. It took ages to arrive and when it did it did not look like the image in the photo and was clearly not fit for purpose (despite being described as 'light oak' it was cheap, unvarnished wood that splintered easily and would not survive for long near water). I returned the bath rack and kindly requested a refund but the shop did not reply to my messages beyond providing a return address. Luckily Etsy have stepped in to refund me but overall this was a very disappointing experience.

Not the best experience in the world - be wary of ordering from this company. Paid £45 for a wooden bath rack - took over a month to be made, which to be fair was stated on the site. Then it was despatched via Hermes (which made me shudder). It didn't arrive for a further 8 days - Hermes just seem to sit on items instead of actually delivering them. The bath rack doesn't fit the bath despite me being very accurate with the measurements (it was 5cm over size at both ends). For £45 the wood feels very cheap and light - almost like pallet wood. I emailed Stanimir Vasilev, who appears to be the company director and he can't be bothered to reply now. Summary: bad service, late delivery, very overpriced for what it is, and it didn't fit anyway. Shop elsewhere if I were you and avoid.

This company is a scam. Ordered a bath rack as a present 5 weeks ago - nothing. Tried to contact them through their website, Twitter and Instagram to ask for an update - no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
