Misleading information from aa breakdown if vechile breakdown after 6 pm they say collect vechile tomarach my van wheel came loose lost 2 wheel bolts came loose all the fitter done on monday mourning took 1 wheel bolt of back left wheel put on the front left wheel which left 3 wheel bolt on each wheel texted repair done no need of a tow was in westport on monday poor customer service they wont collect the van to bring to nearest garage even rbougj i paid 219 euro package vreakdown assistance i was told van picked up. Between 7 and 8 am.monday mourning by tuesday van .still wasnt collected even tbough on 5 suro say 24/ 7 cocarage not true

Absolutely awful service. It was impossible for me to cancel my car insurance policy and after more than 5 phonecalls explicitly telling them I wanted to cancel my breakdown assistance they are still taking money from my bank account. I was told that there was a record of me asking to cancel and that I probably won't get a refund even though I told them 2 months prior to my policy ending. This is a scam. They are taking money from my account and I have told them on multiple phone calls I was cancelling. Avoid at all costs.

I was quoted to renew my membership a STAGGERING €480.00 which is far more than my insurance policy including breakdown assistance. I have been a member of the AA for over 25 years... I drive a 3 year old car.. and have used their service LESS than 5 times in those 25 years.... A total rip off. I went online and put in my details with correct address and phone number, and changed my name slightly and used a defunct email address.... friends of mine also did this on my behalf.... €90 - €150 is what was quoted and NOT €480.00... so for everybody who does their business by automatic payments..... WATCH OUT...... you could be paying far more than you should. Needless to say I am not paying €480.00
