Good customer service

Peter helped me on the membership renewal and Conor helped me on car renewal. They were very good, calm and fully customer oriented. Everything was done and settled in manners that gave me satisfaction for being loyal and old customer of AA. Well done!

Happy I became a member

The mechanic was efficient and helpful. In particular he reassured me that my difficulty was not a matter of my incompetence but, rather, an unanticipated occurrence that he was delighted to resolve- which he did.

Excellent Service

TBH, I did not have my MS Card and it would not let me progress on-line to receieve a rescue. I called the help centre and spoke to Dean, he logged my 'rescue' and was extremely helpful and compassionate. Then Aiden came out to me (1.5 hr wait, not bad!) He went beyond helping me, was very attentive and informative. Thank to both Gentlemen and to the AA

This diabolical service has left me a…

This diabolical service has left me a vulnerable pensioner woth no money and groceries because of the way they have treated me in the last 24hrs.
It to long and distressing to write the whole story in here,I have contacted the CEO ,let's see what happens.. Not holding my breath...

Phone waiting time too long

Phone waiting time too long, non-English-speaking agents very difficult to understand during phone conversations and have to ask to repeat remarks too often even though my hearing is quite good

Write off

My car was a write off after a hit and run ( it was parked!)
Aa ( AXA)had me in a rental the next morning, car collected, insuramce sorted in a couple of days and im now insured with my new car, very helpful and very efficient, thank you
