My AA membership was automatically renewed without my consent to this renewal. I only discovered it when I saw the renewal email. I have asked AA Ireland to cancel the renewed membership, refund the full amount, and disable automatic renewal on my account. I hope this is resolved promptly.

Good agents, appalling website and app
The AA agents are very nice and very helpful, and rates are competitive. But the AA website and mobile apps are absolutely appalling - they appear to have been written by fifty 5 year olds that know nothing about insurance or computing and that never communicated with each other. I don't know how the AA CEO is not mortified over being associated with this... I don't even know what to call it without being rude.
