Amazing company with the best customer service

Sleeper is such an amazing company and an exceptional brand. I am blown away by the level of their customer service: it’s impeccable! Their clothes are very beautiful and make you feel soo good!

I have been looking at their products for a while and decided to give it a try last week. Everything was perfect (from placing my order on the website until getting it delivered in less than 1 day by ups!). I will be ordering again soon. ❤️

Beautiful products, exceptional customer service!

Sleeper has beautiful products that are only matched by their exceptional customer service! I ordered an item and then had second thoughts on sizing, so contacted the Sleeper team - they responded within minutes, cancelled the first order (despite it having already shipped) and immediately resent in the updated size I requested. Thank you so much Anna and Sleeper team!

The best!

Seriously, what a great customer service experience! I had ordered a pajama set that ended up being too small for me. The representative worked with me to get me the right size have it it shipped in time for me to wear it to an event. Thank you, Viktoria, for your hard work!

So disappointing 😞

There are more then one issues with that company.
First one - I had to pay on top of 200e bill an extra 90e for the custome taxes for shipping to Europe. I was not informed at any point about that, which is an issue, becasue that would have definetly change my mind about the order.

Second thing: I was waiting for the order for more then a 3 months....

Third thing: the product was in a very bad shape once it reached my house BECASUE it was shipped in a simple plastic bag..... once I open it, many feathers felt out immediately. The tag on one item felt out too....Why someone would think its a good idea to ship such a fragile thing overseas in a plastic bag....

I'm very dissatisfied with it all and definetly won't order anything from this company again.

I recently had a baby but ordered my…

I recently had a baby but ordered my weekend set pj on what my size use to be. Once it came in I was unsure of the sizing due to still not having lost all the baby weight. I send an email trying to figure out how to go about it, not sure about the sizing on the larger ones and wanting to maybe exchange. The representative Tetiana was absolutely amazing, responded quickly, and was just super kind. I ended up keeping that size and will be purchasing more

Do not order to the UK!

I’ve been waiting since early November for delivery of two extremely expensive pyjama sets. Delivery was finally due on Friday but then I was hit with a £260 tax bill from customs. It is completely insane to me that this company would ship to the UK knowing their customers are going to face a 50% tax bill on their order. Shipping is certainly not “free” and anyone ordering to the UK should think again.

Beautiful dress!

TI’ve wanted the Belle Linen dress for so long, and I was so happy that I finally saved enough to get one. The customer service was so amazing, a big thank you to Victoria!

I was so happy to receive my dress, it looked even more beautiful in person. I love it! I would like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Radchenko, she did such an amazing job making my dress. I hope that the entire Sleeper family is safe and well. My dress means so much to me, knowing that in the midst of so much suffering and pain, Mrs. Radchenko crafted a beautiful dress.

So we used the app but I was unable to…

So we used the app but I was unable to get on to a website or log in to a URL. I received vague or canned answers and ask for a phone number or to call me and got a - "No, no phone support" Good luck with these guys. Seems like a 1 man operation with complete disregard for customers. Don't waste your money with this weak unsupported platform. Too many other good ones.

Wonderfully Kind Customer Service!

My experience with Sleeper was amazing! I was concerned about the sizing (being an international buyer), and the customer service team were incredibly helpful. They replied to my emails straight away and were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with options should I have any issues with the size after trying it on. All correspondence was professional and incredibly kind. I would definitely recommend this company!

Good customer service

Unfortunately my order never made it to me through Customs so I ended up buying the dress through a UK stockist. Sleeper team were really quick and efficient at issuing a refund for the dress that didn’t make it to me

Stunning exquisitely made dress!

Really happy with my experience so far. Customer service is fabulous and the dress when it arrived was just beautiful!!! It came with the seamstresses name who made it. Cannot recommend this company and their clothing enough!

Sorry but the quality does not meet…

Sorry but the quality does not meet expectations of a higher end brand. Immediately upon taking the dress out of the package I tried it on and a button popped off…then a second. They were the last two buttons on the bottom of the dress so wore the dress the next day anyway. Well, again another button flew off followed by a fourth. I have never experienced this even with fast fashion so it’s hard to accept four buttons should fall away without even normal wear! I emailed customer service and they refunded me €17 to pay the cost of repair. A nice gesture but overall a pretty bad experience and not the quality one would expect when paying their prices.

Great customer service

With the current state in Ukraine, my dress was delayed in being shipped out. The Sleeper team constantly updated me quickly and ensured I knew where my order was in the production process. They even ordered me $30 off my next order for the inconvenience of it taking longer to fulfill!
