I use these guys very often and find them brilliant . With my job I fly out of Heathrow at least 20 times a year so I do understand how fustrating some companies can be . I could not fault the meet and greet…
I could not fault the meet and greet service for the prompt pick up and return of our vehicle. Some confusion on which level of the car park to drop off, but quickly sorted. The proactively called to confirm our arrival time at drop off and called again after landing on our return.
They state that the cars are stored in a secure location but I am unable to confirm this fact so I would ask this before booking along with whose insurance covers damage to the vehicle whilst in their care. So in summary, a great service from what was transparent to ne as a customer

5 star service!
5 star service!! Booked this very last minute. Price was really reasonable and they were waiting for us when we got to the airport and car was waiting for us in the terminal when we got back. We were out of the airport within 25 mins of landing! Would definitely recommend!
