Great meet & greet service. The team were punctual, polite, and efficient, which saved us a lot of time at the airport. Car came back exactly as we left it.

I had an awful experience when i…

I had an awful experience when I returned frem my travel. I landed at LHR at 06:15am, called for my car at 06:45 and did not get my car until 12:38pm. I logged in 42 calls trying to call the company to ask what was going on. Of those calls, only 4 were answered and every time I was told someone will be with me in 20minutes. Eventually, when someone turned up with the car, there was communication barrier which was even more frustrating because no matter how I demanded for an explanation, all the driver could say is "I don't know" or shrug his shoulders. He even had the audacity to tell me not to ask him anything as he started work at 12:00pm. Shall I mention that on the 2 occasions the phone was answered the guy who answered the phone was not polite at all, and he even hang up on me. In short, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone at all. if there was anything less than a 1 star that is what I'd give them unapologetically! I'd really advise this company to sort out the inhouse issues they are have and be honest with their clients. Making money from customers while frustrating them and not providing satisfactory service or experience, despite the appalling reviews already given is shameful, unacceptable and dishonest.!

Appalling service from Kangaroo…

Appalling service from Kangaroo Parking, kept us waiting for 4.5 hours on Saturday. No issues with the drop off. Instructed to call one of 2 mobile numbers when 30 minutes away. Both numbers constantly engaged, or went to voicemail (and voicemail box full so couldn't leave a message). Txt both. No answer. Finally got through after 30 minutes of constantly re-dialling. Told car would be with us in an hour as they were very busy. Luckily we were waiting for our daughter to arrive on another flight in to T2 so not in a rush. Told driver would call when near. After 1 hour attempted to re-dial and same issue. Same conversation another 30 minutes later. Very sorry, will be with you in 20 minutes. Rinse and repeat. Third time (2.5 hours later) told we were a "no-show" as should have arrived the day before. Flight was cancelled. I had called and told them so you can imagine my reaction. Told he was "unblocking the booking" so would be 20 minutes. Explained my daughter was landing at T2 at 6pm so was very urgent. Went upstairs to wait on L4 in the freezing cold after 20 minutes. This was now the 3rd time we'd been promised our car would be 20 minutes. 3+ hours had gone by. Another no-show. Went back downstairs so at least we'd be warm. Another 30 minutes trying to get through. My wife, in desperation, was pleading with the guy just to return her car as at this point was in a lot of pain as we'd been waiting for 4 hours. At that point my daughter had already landed so had to make her way from T2 to T5. Car finally returned at 4th time of asking and after 4.5 hours. Just appalling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All my complaints ignored. Generic reply saying very sorry, then attempting to blame traffic (for a 4.5 hour delay) when it was sheer incompetence on their part.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, arrived at Heathrow and there was absolutely nowhere to park to drop off the car, I drove around and around waiting for a space, totally unorganised. After returning from holiday I waited 2 and a half hours for my car as apparently the car in front of mines battery was dead so they had to go to the other compound to get jump leads!! I waited and then they phoned to say my battery was dead too!!! They jump started it apparently, and got it to me where they literally threw the keys and me and disappeared, it then died on the M25. I had to get the RAC out and they informed me it looked like it was jump stated wrong and and had tripped all the fuses!! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when I left it with them!! And the state of my car when it returned was horrific!!! Never again!! Pay extra and use purple parking!!

I booked a dropoff with valet parking…

I booked a dropoff with valet parking at 3:45am. There was no clear dropoff area, and theyb didn't answer the phone. Eventually they called back. Ended up paying £21 parking to drop off, use long stay next time.

WHERE IS MY CAR

WHERE IS MY CAR? STOLEN CAR

13TH APRIL I was meant to collect my car. My car and keys have gone missing, I have had to file a police report. The staff when i arrived at the yard after they told me they misplaced my keys informed me they cant not find my car they was extremely unhelpful and so many lies along the way.

Still they have given me no contact in regards to my car and have informed me I was wasting my time when I was stranded in London with my children waiting for my car.

Contact numbers do not call, no response from the email as of yet. Dismissive and disgusting fraudulent business. I wouldnt even call it a business. Boxes with bags of customer keys on the ground and when I asked for then to check around for my car they looked at all the customer cars which were lined up along a residential street when I also asked why customer cars are parked there they tried to use the excuse of those customers will return today however from 3pm till 23pm they didnt move, cars squashed into a small car park.

When i informed them my taxi home would be over 200pounds they refused to contribute as the excuse was normally they will only do that if they have lost my keys only I also didnt get a refund of the cost of using their awful service. Now I am WITHOUT a car, no response from them. AVOID AVOID.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company - cheap but should have read all the one star reviews before booking for 2 week trip from Heathrow T2.
Were late arriving for drop off but pick up was far worse...
Anyway, whilst away checked Apple Tag in the car which suggested car was parked in a suburban street couple of miles away - not somewhere 'secure' as they claim.
On return, called once had baggage but number unobtainable or busy.
Told to leave voicemail but couldn't because that was full. tried texting but that went unreplied to.
After 30 min finally got through and was told were running 45 min late and driver would call when on his way.
After 45 min I called and was told driver would be another 15 min.
Finally driver (optimisstically described as a chauffer) then turned up to gave cockerel and bull story about traffic delays and said '"I'm stuck here now". It was then past midnight and we'd been waiting for over 2 hours after a long trip to Japan so did I care?

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my car after landing – completely unacceptable, especially after a long journey.

Tried calling multiple times and got no answer, and when I finally did get through, it was just excuse after excuse. What made it worse is I checked my car tracker and could clearly see the car hadn’t even been moved, so I was being fobbed off.

This is supposed to be a convenience service, but it ended up being more stressful than parking myself. Zero communication, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time.

Would not use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
