Absolutely brilliant
We were considering care options for my 90 year old mum. Although she is very independent, her mobility is very restricted and she’s had a few falls. I spoke to our local council and they suggested Telecare 24.
For only £229 a year we now have peace of mind that if mum falls or has an emergency Telecare 24 will quickly contact us
This was so easy to order and set up, allowing mum to keep her independence

Eases the anxiety of living alone!
My mum is new to using a pendant alarm & fortunately she hasn’t needed to call for help as yet. I would like to state that from our first enquiry to delivery & setting up has been excellent. Everything in the package was very easy to follow & simple instructions lead us right through to the test call.
It has given us peace of mind that someone is at the end of the line 24/7

I am a new customer and feel safe.
I am a new customer, i liked the fact that their brochure clearly laid out the contract pricing and that you were able to order your system online, and it was delivered within a couple of days, there is a one off £45 charge for them setting up your system, setup was very easy, just plug the control unit in and you can connect to to your own wifi or it has a built in Sim card. I made one test call that was answered quickly and you talk to them through the base unit. There is battery backup, the wrist button whilst larger than the one from my previous company is i nice light grey colour so not obtrusive and it contains fall detection. You have the option of one annual payment or can pay monthly. So far everything is good.
