They are Scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money and send you nothing. They use the pandemic as an excuse for not sending the product after telling you for weeks it is coming. It has been 4 weeks since my order and I still don’t have a delivery date. Other companies would refund what they can’t fulfill. I asked for a refund of my money and they have not been willing to do, even with no product and no delivery date. It has been a very frustrating experience!

Horrible quality. Not worth anything. The owners should be ashamed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I did receive my blue light glasses, but the quality is awful. It looks like they cost about £1 to make and I paid £20 for them. I have contacted the support email address to request a refund about 6 or 7 times now, and have only received one reply saying that my order is on its way, so they haven't read my email at all - seems it's all automated. Please don't make the same mistake that I did and give this company your money. I'm now having to go through credit card dispute to get a refund. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Extremely poor quality. The rubber part of the glasses that sit on the nose are not even smooth plastic. The frames are flimsy and don’t look nearly as good as the cheapest glasses available in a store. Definitely the lowest of low quality. Their website looks friendly and they have a return policy that is straight forward and simple. When I tried to return the glasses...the phone number is not in service, nobody has answers any of my emails, there is no address either. I tried to submit a report to the better business bureau but there isn’t enough information on the company to report them. SCAMMERS.

Do not use this company! Customer response time for enquiries is shocking, I had to email repeatedly to get a reply. I had received shipping notification yet when I FINALLY got my tracking number, the item has not been shipped contrary to the "shipped" email I received 6days previous. Would not recommend

The experience with Teddith has been subpar. First, the glasses took over 2 weeks to arrive and customer support was quite slow in getting back when asked to look into the issue. Second, once the glasses arrived, the frame was scratched. I have reached out twice to get an exchange. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Finally, the glasses themselves are quite light, flimsy, and a bit too small (if you're an average-sized guy that is). Would not recommend them at this point.

My glasses took 9 working days to arrive, I emailed twice in this time to ask about shipping times and had a quick response on each occasion- they also provided my tracking number when I asked. Interesting to see some negative reviews but mentioning other companies 🤔 who also sell blue light glasses... Anyway my glasses arrived in nice packaging and are a perfect fit. I noticed right away they have a blue reflective sheen which from my quick Google means they are blocking at least some blue light- they are perfect for me and all I need for looking at the computer screen all day. Frame is a bit cheapy plastic like but these are £15-£20 glasses not Ray-Bans, so this is to be expected. All in all, happy with these and they do make the phone/computer screens more sepia toned- also the screen text is actually easier to read and look at with these glasses on, which is nice. So many terrible reviews on here I was actually surprised to receive a good product. Thank you! -Aoife

Terrible experience. I did not receive the correct item and the Customer Support is completely unhelpful. The glasses I did receive were very light and flimsy, but were the wrong model, had a correction similar to reading glasses and despite my repeated attempts to contact the company to receive my correct order and return the wrong item, I have not received any actual answer from them. I am very unsure that this is a British company and the Customer Service does not seem to understand English. I will definitely dispute this with my bank.

Terrible! Do not buy from this company so save yourself a few pound like I did. Spend the extra and go to a reputable company!
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, only 1 arrived. I’ve tried reaching out through email, Instagram and even PayPal and never had my money back nor my other pair sent to me. I don’t even want the pair I have, they are nothing like the picture absolutely huge on my face and honestly look more like novelty dress up glasses than what they are actually intended for.

I had a great experience with Teddith! I was a little worried after I read some reviews about other people’s experiences with the company, since I had already made my purchase. But - my order came in a timely manner, was exactly what I ordered and receives good updates about my delivery time. So, I am happy and would recommend Teddith.

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying! Trying to return my glasses but have realised there are insufficient instructions on their website, I have sent email requests to their customer service address with no response. Buyer beware! Also while the website is a UK address the glasses are shipped from China.

The product took 3 months to arrive! No information was given by their customer care team, obviously they don't care in the slightest about their customers. Woeful service, avoid at all costs.

Agree with all of the negative reviews I have read. I think Scott (U.K.) has expressed his (and most people's) experience and frustrations very well. Best case, their advertising, delivery promises, etc., are disingenuous; worst case, it is a scam.

I received one email follow-up from their purported 'Customer Care Team' after I threatened to file a disputed-charge claim with my credit-card company and write a very negative (buyer beware..) review. I have not received a response to my response yet so I assume this is just another ploy to keep dissatisfied buyers at bay for as long as possible. In retrospect, this outcome should perhaps not be a surprise since the company does not appear to have an actual email address, and, if you call the (Canadian/US) number shown for them, (416) 368-6399, you receive a computer response "call ended."
