i ordered online but its not that great to confusing when purchasing its much better to in the store better service always the girls are there to help you out and also the opticien is there in person and done fast and easy

I recently wrote a 5 star review for Bon Look in Oshawa after my shopping experience. However my pick-up experience was the worst glasses related experience I have ever had and has completely changed my opinion on this store. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and I know how the arms need to be adjusted to sit right on my face. The optician did not listen to what I was saying and did the complete opposite. 20 minutes of adjustments and each time was worse than the last until I got tired of not being heard and of seeing her frustration with me. I left unhappy with glasses that I don’t feel comfortable wearing and I will not return to this store or recommend it to anyone.

The guy who helped me today at center Eaton location fixed my broken glasses, cleaned them and adjusted!!! And all that within 5-10 minutes. I was so grateful, thank you so much the tall man in a mask in center Eaton location

I’ve been a customer with BonLook for years and had a decent experience overall with my purchases and the service but this time at a Quebec store specially in Gatineau where I had to go because of insurance reasons the service was very bad and unprofessional .It’s been a month and my kid glasses has not come yet and I keep getting uncertain answers . I will never shop at this location for sure . Bonlook Gatineau you were a very bad at your service and you need a lot of improvement !!

The team were extremely kind and helpful, I had to go back a couple of times for small frame adjustments and they were more than happy to accommodate my requests. Great job to the whole team at the Montreal Trust location.

So helpful. Aashu in Toronto Eaton Centre went above and beyond. I am so grateful! I live in Calgary and BonLook locations have unfortunately closed in the past few years ... and of course I broke my glasses. Aashu searched and found a frame that would fit my progressive lenses. Fantastic!

The eye exam performed by Dr. Victoria Baree fell short of expectations. The optometrist's demeanor came across as abrupt and condescending, leading to undue stress for the patient. The use of rigid facial expressions, inflexible vocal tones, and inflammatory language was deemed unreasonable and discomforting. We do not recommend.

Very good and I appreciated their support. I came back saying my glasses were not as good as expected and they worked with me to find a solution. I ended up need different frames, that met my high prescription. No extra charge. They were totally awesome.

Went into the store, was waited on quick my wife and daughter along with the salesgirl brought me different pairs to try on. We all decided, paid and left within 20 minutes. Sales girls were professional, polite and very patient. Very happy 😊

Bonlook provides amazing design for their frames, that is why I went to them in the first place. Also, I am glad that they did direct billing to my insurance company, it was quick, and easy, my insurance provider approved/ covered the glasses, and eye exam right away. Saturdays are busy so be prepared to wait, but it was worth it, the workers were very helpful in providing all the customers with the proper help needed, even for a busy Saturday afternoon. The eye exam was very thorough and the doctor made me feel comfortable, and he was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to Bonlook in the future.

The associate was very helpful and informative. She fully explained all aspects of the process and options from lens construction to frame selection.

I had a full eye exam - the optometrist was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything and showed images, etc. The service was really good, and the store is gorgeous!
