Like other people a very negative experience. Ordered a GPS watch it never arrived.
Asked for a refund and was told I would get one when I returned the product. See what they did there?
AVOID AVOID AVOID

Update: After my Credit Card provider began an investigation I received an email promising an instant refund.
I then received another email from Techsmartwear to say they would not be giving the refund due to a "charge back".

I would not use this company again

I upgraded my Fitbit to a Fitbit Charge 2. I really love it. Being able to see my activity level and messages keeps me on track, I can even see the time of day :) The service was terrific. I had a few questions and was impressed how quickly they contacted me and all my inquiries were addressed. It took no time at all to get my new Fitbit and have been loving it ever since. I would not hesitate to recommend Techsmartwear. Thanks.

I recommend this store to anyone. Only reason for 4 stars is that they do not have as large of a range of well known brands like the bigger players. What they do have, is good. It’s also refreshing going on a website that is clean and simple – no gimmicks or bold flashing marketing.

Order a Garmin bracelet on December 12 for £ 209.99 (order # 3005)
Blue card speed fast, the next day, December 13th.

Without news, relaunch on December 19 with the response "Your order has been shipped through our international fulfillment shipping." "Shipping usually takes 10 working days for France".

To this day, a month later, no news, no message, no parcel, no bracelet ...

I always try to raise them and to have news !!!!

Magically, the day after this notice on google, receiving an email from them: "Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay of your order.We have questioned your delivery with Royal Mail & Laposte.If we have no progress this week, a new bracelet will be sent.
We thank you for your patience and we will contact you shortly. "

Monday, January 15 mail from them: "We have instructed shipping to a second strap as we had no movement on the first parcel, thank you again for your patience."

Nice website with quicker than expected delivery.

I had no issues with Techsmart and can only provide positive feedback. Following reading mixed reviews I was wary of purchasing items from Techsmart but took the plunge and recently purchased an item of clothing. From order to delivery I had no issues, post order stage I emailed Techsmart to check/ensure I would receive the item before Christmas and received feedback within a working day. Item has been delivered well before Christmas, well packaged and no issues - all I hoped for.

Ordered some North Face gym gear - Very responsive and useful advice on sizing and happy with the quick delivery...
Hopefully the new gym gear gets me motivated to get back into the gym :)
