If I could do zero star I really would. Customer service is non existence. Placed an order. Received the standard automated confirmation email etc. A few days later, received an email from PayPal saying a refund was received from this company. I waited for a few hours, no explaination email whatsoever why this happened. So me, the customer had to email & ask what's going on! Now I have another issue. PayPal is now saying the refund is not successful, wasn't completed therefore I have to contact this company. So to sum it all, they took my money, didn't give me the item & now I have to chase for my money back!

Placed an order on the 17 March and money was taken the next working day from my account. Had to wait until 4 April for a dispatched email but there was no detail at all about the shipment.
On the 6 April I emailed stating that I knew the parcel had not been delivered and I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund.
Techsmartwear sent back a cancellation email. Having not received a refund into my bank I emailed on the 13 April and asked for confirmation. I received a confirmation email about the refund stating I would get the refund in ‘a certain amount of days’. I waited for 30 days as per their policy on their website.
Today is 23 May and I still do not have my refund of £237.99 for a Garmin watch.
Do not buy from this seller. There is a reason why they sell at cheaper rates. It was worth paying more on a different website.
I will continue to pursue this case.
Update: 31 May and I still have had no refund. It is so disheartening to read other people’s posts that have had exactly the same issue as I have. I hope people read these reviews before they buy anything from this company.
Update 12 Jun: Company asked for my bank details again on the 1 Jun. I sent them my details but have not heard anything back since. No refund yet.
Update 5 Jul: TechSmartWear have still not given me my refund back. I will not stop until I get my money back for the watch. I will be looking for legal advice next week.
Update 10 Nov: still no refund
Update 19 Dec: Response from TechSmartWear below. I have emailed them and responded to their request for my information on the 17 Dec. Nothing yet heard back from them. I have used Trust Pilot as a last resort as TechSmartWear have not responded to my other attempts to get a refund.

I had an issue with my order (wrong size helmet delivered) Gareth dealt with my query.
I work in retail and i understand things can go wrong, but its how you deal with them. Gareth was fantastic, kept me posted by email with my delivery update, even gave me the upgraded helmet at the same price. I will definitley be using TECHSMARTWEAR again, and would be happy to reccomend them to friends and family....special thank you to Gareth...keep up the good work mate
I ordered a watch from techsmartwear in March. Shipping was taking awhile so I contacted them and they quickly responded that foreign shipments take a long time. Weeks went by and I still didn't get the watch. I have tried contacting them numerous times since my initial email and they never responded. I never received the watch.

Same story here. Ordered a Garmin 735XT in May and received two responses (but no watch). One automated response through facebook and an email with an apparent bogus Royal Tracking number. Nothing more. Don't waste your time or money on this bogus site.

All the one star rating here are all absolutely 100% correct. I have the same sad story as most. Paid for a Garmin 735xt back in early March. Never got it. Same excuses as others have stated - blamed it on Royal Mail, blamed it on Australian Customs. Even told me they sent a 2nd watch after the 1st one was “lost” (obviously got neither). Then I eventually ask for a refund and they “cancel” the order and tell me they’re refunding me. So I don’t actually get the refund and then there’s apparently a problem with the credit card processor? So I’m now 5 months down the track with no watch and no refund and I’ve had no other option but to go back to my credit card provider to make a complaint with them in an attempt to try and get my money back! Hands down worst online experience ever. And don’t post your generic response to this review (as you always do with everyone else) because you have in fact stopped replying to me so obviously you are happy to keep my money and not supply me with the item I paid you for in good faith. Everyone please, do yourself a favour and ignore the couple of dollars (or whatever currency you use) that you think you’ll save through this company. Pay the few extra dollars and buy through a reputable company that will actually give you what you pay for. Thanks.

Do not shop at TechSmartWear
I ordered a Garmin in March, and still haven't received it by July, despite numerous assurances that it was on it's way.
They provided me with two seperate bogus tracking ID's, and told me that the delay is due to Australian customs checks on batteries.
TechSmartWear is not a legitimate site - do not trust!

Its been 9 weeks since I ordered a Garmin..... Still haven't got it!!!!!
Despite multiple requests for updates they have been few and far between, with the updates being almost pointless

Spent £500 on a watch that didnt arrive and still hasn't 2 months on. After numerous emails and trying to contact a number on the website that just rings out I now have legal proceedings to follow. Seen similar reviews on Google to same effecting not recievi g product and being ignored.

I paid for my Garmin 5 months ago as well. I have emailed Techsmartwear on numerous occasions. I cannot get my funds back and I cannot get my watch. They do not have an office so you cannot physically approach them. They have a voice answering service. I have reviewed the comments below and it is obvious that the same thing is happening to many consumers. No funds and no products. Techsmartwear has taken my cash. The same thing has happened with others as evidenced in the Trustpilot and Google reviews. I live outside the UK so they know that it is unlikely that I will pursue this. So all I can do is warn as many people as possible. I have informed Garmin and will spread the word through all means possible. Garmin is now looking into this. TechSmartWear has blocked me on Twitter. Please help combat this sort of business activity and report it.

I suggest any potential customer read all customer reviews and reports on this internet retailer, then add up how many reviews the company requests be censored for documenting actual unfavorable experiences.
Like most other one time customers, I paid for a product I never received, waited over a month for responses and only by using PayPal did I receive my refund.
I had an extremely unfavorable experience.

A quick simple way to deal with the delay, go direct to your bank and lodge a claim for reimbursement and buy through a reputable company.
There is a reason that they don't provide a phone number....
After 5 months no Garmin Watch (as seen by my empty wrist). I sent several emails with no response and it wasn’t until I posted a review on this website that I received a response. After many false promises I eventually requested a refund with Techsmartwear. After no response from my request for a refund, I had to get my bank to recover my money. I should have went through this process a lot earlier.
From the few responses received, I received one blaming customs and was told they could resend the watch but I would have to pay extra for the delivery costs. Great way to treat a customer that had waited 4 months for a simple delivery.
After 4 months and many emails, I was even promised that they would send another watch which never turned up. I am sure that this was a method to shut me up for a few weeks.....
They have now attempted to block this post on many occasions. They should put more effort replying to customers than trying to block bad reviews.
Companies/people like this should not be in business, I generally never write reviews, however wish I had completed more due diligence in the first instance.
