I've been searching for a tool that would not only help me lose weight but also teach me about nutrition so I can make lasting, lifelong changes. I decided to try Team RH, and at first I thought the calorie target was way too high. I couldn't imagine eating that much, and some days I actually felt so full that I didn't want to eat any more.
However, I've quickly realised that's because my previous diet was lacking in important nutrients. The app has really opened my eyes to what my body needs. I've stayed consistent, logging my food honestly and tracking all of my exercise, and it's been incredibly motivating to see my progress.
The biggest surprise is that I'm no longer hungry all the time, and I'm still losing weight. It's still early days, but I already feel like the app gives me all the tools I need to succeed. The community support is a great bonus too.
At the end of the day, it's up to me to put in the effort, but if you're looking to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way while changing your mindset and learning about nutrition, I'd definitely recommend giving Team RH a try.

I am not a member of TeamRh just a purchaser of their protein powder. Great product, taste amazing, shipping and delivery spot on! I have been a customer for many years now and they have just started a subscription service for the protein which I will join next month.

Loving Team RH products, i have recent brought both sets of scales, which look good and were excellent value for money.
I'm also a big fan of the creatine, protein powders, and clear whey which i now regularly order absolutely lovely!!. Highly recommend. Delivery was really fast.

Great app to keep me on track with daily calories, fibre, protein and water .Daily allowances all worked out from your height, weight,age and activity level. Easy one stop shop. Support if needed

Absolutely the best thing you could ever do for your own health. For the price what you get is insane, their coaches, their food data base, it's such a simple idea in theory but it works. They set your calorie, protein and fibre targets and all you have to do is hit them. Track everything! You get out what you put in. Their app is so easy to use. I find myself scanning foods in at the supermarket. Yes it's a minimum one year term, but this has been so successful for me I'm now on maintenance calories and will certainly renew at the end of the year.

Great information in the app. App super easy to follow and support is the best. Have purchased for a second year to see if I have learned more about nutrition and I’ve lost even more weight in a healthy way.

So far I have been using the app for two weeks, I recently had an operation which means I cannot get around easily or exercise, I contacted team rh and they have explained how to adjust my steps which in turn will recalculate my calaries until I am able to move around more. They are so helpful and supportive it's amazing, I can't wait to start properly.

I took on team RH after watching numerous facebook videos. I clicked on the link, read the terms and conditions stating 14 days for cancellation and 12 months subscription service. I accepted. However 4-5 days later I realised the app wasn't for me. It only operates in LBs not in quilos (im from another country and only use metrics) i couldn't connect it to my smart watch and found the recipe section complicated to use. I therefore asked for cancellation. It took 8 days for a response (despite emails, facebook and direct messages) for a reply. The reply said they were looking into my account. Today 14 days later they said in a very complicated email I took a long term subscription. I knew that, but on the terms and conditions during signing up said 14 days cancellation.
Its impossible to talk to them. I contacted bank and what I thought it was a genuine business I am no longer sure. Do I recommend it? No i dont. Be very careful.
