When I received the order one bag was split open and all contents were inside the parcel bag, I contacted the team and they resolved straight away no hassle. The split bag was just not completely sealed so a production error. Otherwise 5 stars would have been given.

The app is extremely easy to use. The information given is very easy to understand. The social media posts are what keeps me motivated,they are on point!!!!

Being threatened with debt collectors as an opening gambit regarding a £15.98 discrepancy seems rather extreme.
Would never recommend this outfit to anyone except maybe an enemy.

Very happy with my digital scales and the fact that it Bluetooths to the app on my phone so I don't have to faff with my phone in the bathroom. AND It records in lbs to two decimal places 😲

So far I would say this app is easy to use, the information within the app is brilliant it gives you recipes as well as a lot of food that you can search and scan. So so far so good im hoping the longer I use it the better it is.

I love the plan, I love Richie’s ideology and I love how honest he is with his members. I am slowly losing weight and I have to say that the plan itself does work but very slowly. Richie’s created an algorithm that offers a slight calorie deficit which leads to sustainable weight loss. It isn’t a quick fix so you won’t get immediate results but it does work and this part of the plan and the brand - I would give 10/10 for.

So why only 3/5 stars on Trustpilot?
Well, it’s the culture that has developed off the back of the brand. The official membership group is cliquey. I am neurodivergent and I struggle with written communication and tone. I find that Coach Liam can be quite dismissive and unhelpful, almost aggressive in his approach. Richie can be accused of the same but the difference is, is that he is likeable with it. Liam can sometimes come across as very unlikable in the way he talks to people and as someone who is neurodivergent, the vibes on the official membership group can be very alienating. So much so that I am worried I’ll be removed from the group simply for sharing this point of view - but it’s an important POV which deserves to be listened to even if not agreed with.

I am also finding that the membership group is constantly pushing sales of the protein powders, despite there being better and more nutritional protein powders in the market. They limit customer posts and feedback except for when a customer is praising one of their products. It’s becoming a bit of an echo chamber and is impeding learning and development in this area, rather just funnelling people to buy one and the same product.

I am a continuous improvement analyst by career so I am offering true feedback based on the voice of the customer only. Nothing I am saying is meant with any malice.

I also don’t like the constant - every other word is a swear word - gimmick from the coaches. It makes it hard to listen to content when sitting around people who don’t need to hear the F-bomb every 3 seconds.

I was hooked in because I’m fat and value the brutal honesty. I am discouraged by the cliquey, aggressive approaches and salesman-like tactics on the group but I will stay because I’m losing weight and I trust the process.

Shocking customer service and the app is really clunky and not great to use, I used it for one day and decided it was not for me but still had to pay for the full 12 months of use. Being chased for the final payment which I find disgusting as it is very clear I have never used the app. I would not recommend taking the plunge with any of their products as the after sales does not have a hint of human about it.

It’s early days but I’m already seeing results! My issue has clearly been portion control but the app makes it so easy to figure out what calories I’m chucking in my mouth.. very happy so far!

Team RH is the best way to loose weight, the team are amazing to work with they don’t sugar coat stuff , they teach you how to eat well not diet and it definitely makes the difference. Highly recommend to anyone trying to change . Well done to Richie and his team your amazing

I order quite regularly and the whole process from ordering to delivery is excellent, it normally arrives within 2 days which for a company I think provides terrific service to the customer.
