Thought i'd leave TD365 alone for a bit, considered withdrawing.
Came back several days later and account is depleted.
I checked email, apparently I'd received a margin call. But how can this be? I had not placed any trades

I‘ve been in the industry for more than 15 years and have never experienced a Broker like TD365. Apart from exceptionell order execution, TD has an absolute outstanding Customer Service. These guys are on point and will solve matters within minutes.

Unjust Account Closure for Voicing Feedback
I had my account closed by TD365.com simply for expressing dissatisfaction with their service. The CEO’s own words were: “The decision to close your account is a commercial decision taken by the business in light of your repeated complaints of dissatisfaction with our service.” Instead of addressing concerns, they chose to retaliate by shutting me out. If you value transparency and responsive customer service, look elsewhere. TD365.com’s approach to criticism is to silence it.
