Terrible slippage on MT4 ! be careful, or you'll lose your money

I’ve been using TD365 since 2021 and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Everything has worked flawlessly over the years — especially deposits and withdrawals, which have always been fast and smooth.

Scam broker promoted by the scammer Tom Hougaard who is not making any money from trading just by selling his book and tickets on so called seminars. Professional con artists, nothing of substance just illusions and lies.

Excellent customer service!

I deposited 10,000 USD into TD365, and the system showed a fixed amount of 287,169,528 VND on the website before I confirmed the transfer. This proves the conversion rate was set entirely by TD365 or its payment gateway.

However, when I withdrew the same amount shortly after, I only received 263,817,443 VND, which is a difference of 23,352,085 VND (~1,000 USD). TD365 support claimed this was due to “bank conversion rates”, which is impossible because the transfer was VND to VND between Vietnamese bank accounts, with no foreign exchange involved.

The 10% spread is unexplained and unacceptable.
I contacted support and provided all evidence, but they stopped replying to my emails.

I’m posting this to request a proper explanation and resolution.
If this was caused by your payment gateway, please clarify the rate and fees applied.

Cheapest spread among all brokers , very helpful and quick customer service, I have never seen cheaper than this and most amazing thing it's fixed spread.

Honest Review of TD365

I’m not advertising for TD365, but I can truly say it’s the best platform I’ve ever used for real trading.

I did lose some money while exploring all the features — but that was part of my learning journey. I preferred to lose funds and gain real trading experience rather than spend time on boring theory-based courses.

TD365 really helped me develop solid knowledge and practical skills, far beyond what I’ve learned anywhere else.

I’m confident that I’m now on the right path.

I cannot log in to my account with a weird message of Suspicious activity, sent 7 emails, 2 chat, no one is answering, there is no support, no customer service, this is not a trustworthy site. Stay away!

using this broker since 2022, their fixed spreads are really good so you know what will be your cost all the time, no slippage, i didnt have issues during news releases, good in and out cash transfer, responsive and very helpful customer service, fixed my connection issue swiftly, can recommend.
