quick turnaround to cover requests

They changed my trading size with almost 3500% and did not want to reimburse me. I closed the trade within 3 seconds so the damage was not that big but for me its matter of principle. Been client for 4 years and not giving a 90$ reimbursement was more important than keeping a old customer. Please for the sake of god stay away from this broker!!!!

Smallest spreads in the industry, BUT with the biggest slippage in the industry (i can provide screenshots that i was slipped for 210 points on position opening and for the same position close i was slipped 230points)! Their mt4 and their online platform spreads are very, very small, but you will get slipped a lot and not for couple of points! Even in regular conditions you will get slipped, not talking about high volatility times. Got slipped several times for 100+ points in NQ in higher volatility times, but outside news events. Their cloudtrade (online platform) will take you out also before price reaches your SL level and with so called fixed spread! On cloudtrade you will be slipped less when opening positions but a lot when closing positions! Also from my experience when you have bigger the account, the bigger the slippage. with small accounts it will work well and on swing positions, but then there might be different problems.

Another platform that gets stuck and won't connect exactly when you need it to be connected. It's unnaceptable to have servers that can't mentain a connection. Scammy broker, STAY AWAY.

Best support I had experienced. Timely and very supportive service. Their system was down at that time, being unable to close and open positions. Later on I contacted them and they reimbursed the losses I had at the system failure, respecting their policy for the clients.

This is an absolute scam!! Stay away!

Tried to withdraw 5000 dollars and only got 1000. And there customer service answers well some times and other times not at all

I also want to note that in the last week there have been 2 crashes on there platform.

Absolutt sick that company’s can steal money like that and still run!

I guess all the 5-star reviews come from losers. As long as you lose, td365 is perfect. Fast withdrawals, almost instant, perfect executions, everything is superb. It takes only 1 winning month and they move you to A-book. Unlike other brokers, they never send A-book traders to liquidity providers. They simply don't have any liquidity providers. You always bet against them. They are on the other side of all your trades. And the only way for them to win is for you to lose. So, the experience becomes rigged - stop orders get triggered by a tick, limit orders don't get filled by a tick, slippages that can only be found on their charts, questionable price action, and withdrawals now take days instead of seconds. When you contact support on why their price action doesn't match the underlying index, they say it's a glitch with their software. However, given that 90% of traders lose, those poor losers have excellent experience with td365, and that's how you get the 4.6 stars on average.

Just some simple words, for me the best broker (as a small bugdet trader), the lowest spreads, no commissions, no inactivity fee, no minimum deposit, all the assets you may need, great support team, correct with payments and the most important that does not bring confusion to beginners.

They are not trustworthy is what my experience with them has shown me these past few years, they promised that i could remove80k,after four substantial deposits they still wanted fees. Took my complains too Rose lane GP where my case got solve

Td365 is the best broker in the world so far , seriously regulated, fixed spread and commission based broker . The cost of trading is very low . If you consider trading large cap then I'd highly recommend this broker .
