UK buyers - make sure you know the import costs
The glasses are great, the communication around delivery from FedEx and TBD was very good. I just wish TBD had been clearer around the import duty and VAT that I would have to pay. Those costs were equivalent to 27% of the cost of the glasses plus shipping. If that had been made clear I probably would not have bought the glasses. I understand TBD aren't responsible for UK tax policy but they were aware of the additional costs which were not clearly outlined. Apart from that a good quality product, delivered quickly.

Welt Eco Honey | Bottle Green Sunglasses by TBD. Package arrived earlier than expected. But once arrived it came in a beautiful green box and glass case so 100% on presentation. I've ordered TBD Eyewear before and the quality of craftsmanship is of the highest quality. Love the difference of styles and colours you can choose from. Always recommended Eyewear from TBD.

Solid sunglasses and even better customer service.
I recently purchased two pairs of glasses and am pleased with the quality. The frames are sturdy with a solid build, and the lenses are very good. The customer service is exceptional. One pair had a slight defect, and when I reached out, Veronica from customer service was prompt and efficient. They shipped a new pair the next day, which I received the day after. The new item fits perfectly.

Excellent quality and customer service
I just received my order for the Donegal in Brown with gray lenses. very classic. I must say the quality is fantastic. some of the best I have ever seen, and I have owned at least 50 pair of high end sunglasses so I know what to look for in quality sunglasses. I will be buying more from them, I just wish I could have gotten these with polarized lenses. also shipping was very fast... from Italy to the US in 5 days.
