Sent Tazapay an email stating the seller has sold me a counterfeit watch and kept my money and watch. They replied once asking for information which i provided. it has now been 2 weeks since i have received any communication. i have sent them 2 further emails and no reply. Very poor service and wondering whether they are involved in the scams?!!! Tazapay are trying to say i bought an unbranded watch, i have all the messages, the watch was for an AP (Audemars Piguet) watch. ai have returned the watch as per sellers instructions and now i have no money and no watch. Please stop lying Tazapay and return my money. Tazapay is definitely involved with the sellers in this scam!!!!!

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Tazapay. Not only did their customer support fail to respond to my inquiries, but they also suspended my account without providing any reasons or explanations. This lack of communication and disregard for their customers is highly disappointing.
I initially reached out to Tazapay's support team regarding an issue I was facing with my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through various channels, including email and phone, I received absolutely no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark without any assistance or acknowledgement of my concerns.
To make matters worse, without any warning or prior notice, Tazapay decided to suspend my account. This sudden and arbitrary suspension is completely unjustified as I have been a loyal customer and have never violated any terms or policies. The lack of transparency regarding the suspension is both unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.
The complete absence of support and the suspension of my account without any valid reasons have left me feeling frustrated, undervalued, and helpless. Tazapay's actions demonstrate a clear lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and a disregard for basic principles of communication.
I strongly advise against using Tazapay as their poor customer support and arbitrary account suspensions create a highly unreliable and frustrating user experience. There are numerous alternative platforms available that prioritize customer service and provide better transparency. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable service provider that values its customers.

Tazapay is the great Singapore based payment gateway app. It's very simple, easy-to-use interface and very low transaction fees of 3.0% international rate. Moreover, the agent, Mr. Tan was super helpful from pre-integration to payout process. Without his instant support, we couldn't integrate Tazapay smoothly. High recommended and give them 5 stars for sure^^
It takes too long to finally get our money released. The delay was not necessary if your team properly understood my transaction.
