It takes too long to finally get our money.

It takes too long to finally get our money released. The delay was not necessary if your team properly understood my transaction.

Using a credit card

I was trying to use my credit card and they kept declining it for no good reason and I lost a few days because of that and I had to do a wire transfer which cot me extra dollars I am very upset plus when I was trying to reach customer service it took them 4 days to get back to me

AVOID AT ANY COST, THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD

We are Dispatchional Inc. based in USA. We have registered with payment system called Tazapay in 2022 and started to receive payments from our clients through this payment system. Starting August 2022, Tazapay started holding our transactions. After that they promised us to release the amount on January 2022 and didn't do that, when we inquired about this matter on January, they said they were going to release the amount after 6 months of holding it, i.e. on March 2023: we have email conversations with them. Now, all deadlines have passed, they have not released our money, moreover, they stopped answering our emails. At the moment we received payments with them back in 2022, the money came from Tazapay Canada Corp. Tazapay is a fraud company and they want to steal our money. This company is registered in Singapore but we received one transaction from their Canadian branch. We are working on applying to the police of both Singapore and Canada for this case.

STAY AWAY AT ANY COST IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE ROBBED LIKE WE ARE

We want to assure you that we prioritize compliance, and our policy mandates us to put on hold transactions that raise certain flags for a specified duration. In your situation, we notified you via email that the holding period would end during the last week of March, which we duly completed on 31 March. However, since 1 and 2 April fell on a weekend, we could not release the payment. Therefore, we released the payment on 3 April (Monday).

Exceptionally Competitive Transation Fee

After 2+ decades experience of receiving online payments and using more than a dozen payment gateways we found Tazapay rates to be the most competitive ones. With the habit of paying exorbitant charges to other payment gateways it feels like Tazapay is processing the payments for us at almost negligible charges and we sincerely wish and really look forward towards the success of Tazapay.

They Will block your Payment and Don't Reply

Absolutely terrible service from Tazapay! They blocked my two payments since September 2022 and held my money for six months without any explanation. I gave them all additional documents but They disabled my account .

Their customer service is beyond pathetic and the worst I've ever encountered. It's impossible to get in touch with them, and when you finally do, they give the most useless and unhelpful replies possible.

Don't waste your time or money with Tazapay, they will only give you headaches and stress. Find a different payment platform that values their customers and doesn't hold their money hostage for months on end.
