Useless help when trying to amend your tax return after 2 mintues of submission
I submitted my tax return through their platform, but realized a minute later that I had omitted crucial information. My attempt to cancel the submission was rejected, and the status immediately updated to 'submitted to the tax office.' It is unacceptable that the data is transmitted so instantaneously. Furthermore, when I requested assistance, I received no human response or follow-up, only an unhelpful AI chatbot for 5 daysw. It is a poor service, and I will not use it again.

I have used Tax scouts for five years, went to do my tax return with them for this year. And now I will never use them again ever, they’ve got greedy it’s says one price £169 . But you try opening the link to pay for it. No It won’t open but you tap on the £349. Link oh wow it opens so I did the dance spending hours and hours filling in all the questions then go to pay no can’t pay the £169. In the end after 40 plus messages they come clean saying there is not set fee . Only the premium fee of £349. Greed has consumed them thanks but no thanks .

Will never use again
I have been using Taxfix for years, not anymore. Usually I use the basic service (no financial expert advisor), but this time I wanted to use the more expensive service because I wanted to ask some questions about the tax return, something that they claim you can do with this service. Well, I kept getting responses that seemed like they are generated, they were generic, they repeated the exact same response several times even though I kept explaining that that was not what I was asking. I felt gaslighted and like I paid that fee for getting exactly the same service as before. I will be using other services that are free from now on. I don't believe it is worth it to use Taxfix.
Edit: Of course they commented that they will investigate. No thank you I sent tens of Emails and got nothing. I had already deleted my account. Congrats on the money.

You made my work easier with the tax return process. I have been missing a lot of tax return because of some greedy tax return agents but with this apps all was smooth and easy and it took just a few minutes to complete the tax return process. Ripped off a service I never used
After many years using the service for the constant 40€ fee, Taxfix's new agressive commercial method tricked me into an unnecessary service I didn't realise I subscribed and that I have never used.
They charged me double the amount for a tax-return that I won't even submit. They claim my case has been reviewed by an expert (which we all know is a bot) and therfore the fee due. In the past the fee was only due if you submitted your Taxreturn.
Very gutted that my loyalty (6 years) for this company is completely worthless when facing such an issue.
You have lost a happy customer over a one-shot rip-off.
