I had a very disappointing experience with Zasta.

Despite clearly explaining my situation multiple times, their responses were extremely generic, unhelpful, and completely lacked any customer-oriented approach. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all.

What is especially frustrating is that I was charged a full fee of €535 for a service that I did not fully understand and which duplicated an already submitted tax declaration. There was no flexibility, no willingness to review the case, and no effort to find a fair or reasonable solution.

At the same time, their service comes with a very high commission, which makes the whole experience even more unacceptable.

Their communication was cold, dismissive, and clearly focused only on enforcing payment rather than supporting the customer. Even after raising valid concerns, they refused to reconsider or offer any compromise.

Overall, this experience gave me the impression that Zasta prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly do not recommend their service.

It was an amazing experience. I was assigned to some tax advisor who basically took care of everything for me. The application is awesome it informed me about every step. I got like 723 back but had to pay like 200 as a fee but that’s okay.

Unfortunately, English is still not supported. Otherwise I would have submitted with Zasta, as their processing fees had best price/quality ratio.

Zasta should finally add English, many expats living in Germany would appreciate that.

I have used Zasta for 3 years, and everytime things go smoothly without problems. You get notified about important things during the process. The Zasta app is relatively easy to use. For all the years I did my tax refunds, the amount I paid to Zasta is fair for the work they do.
