I have a pretty straightforward case in terms of taxes, so paying for a Full package is an overkill. I initially subscribed to "Expert" package last year, but this year they removed this plan and moved everyone automatically to "Full" plan, allegedly with the same price.

However, they charged me twice this year, once when I submitted application and another time by the same date of my last year's subscription. They don't seem to have acknowledged or fixed a technical error, because some 3 months later the same thing happened to people I have recommended Taxdown to.

I imagine they charged a lot of people twice and if you check your transactions regularly you will see it, but imagine if you don't!

I am overall satisfied with the service, but pricing and payment strategies are buggy and almost feel like a scam. I can't keep recommending a service that would charge you twice and say nothing until you notice.

This app really helped me a lot especially (Declaración de la renta). At first I didn’t know what to expect but thanks to the staffs who responded within 24h and explained everything to me. Am really satisfied and happy thanks a lot.

They have changed their process to get more money from you. Last year I was able to add how much I pay towards my pension very easily. This year they have taken it away, they have been very vague over email and then I have been forced to pay extra to access their chat service (something which was available previously). Even after accessing the chat they still cannot help me! They keep telling me add how much you have received and not understanding that I am the one who is paying.
I will be cancelling my subscription, stay away and just hire a gestor. They have made this process unnecessarily complicated

Not impressed by the service. I have a special tax situation and asked one month ago what I need to do. I had to get more documents which I did and the day I received them shared them (one week ago).

Today I followed up and was told that the information I was given was not correct. It seems the "Adri" that responds to mails is a bot and the company should not mislead their customers but thinking they are taken care of.

Now one week is left and I was told I need to take extra steps which I easily could have initiated one month ago without time pressure.

My impression so far is not great - paying that much money for a FULL subscription you at least expect correct answers. I rather wait a bit more for a correct answer than being fed generic answers in a minute that give wrong information.

Always ask for more money
I paid the most expensive subscription (Full) from the ones they offered, then because they say your situation is more complicated, they ask you to pay 3 times more!!! No option to cancel. Why they don't ask these 2 questions before you pay the first time to give you the correct amount first? (to trick people! not honest). And they already knew my situation from previous years :(
Service works, but they could be more honest and transparent, without using cheap "marketing" tricks.

Timely, accurate, helpful

Pricing is not transparent and they are unreachable by phone. They charged me €35 to do nothing. Use TaxScouts, much cheaper (flat fee) and better customer service.

I highly recommend TaxDown to anyone looking for a stress-free and efficient way to file their taxes in Spain.

It was smooth and I got good technical support and my all questions was answered and solved.

Only problem I faced was initially I used Microsoft edge and I was getting an error and I had to use Chrome to go through the website properly.

I paid the FULL service expecting them to responsive. It's been 2 weeks with back and forth with their support and AI generated responses. >100 EUR thrown to the trash bin.

Very efficient service. Forms are reviewed prior to submission to the relevant tax office. There may be some back and forth with a taxdown agent reviewing your form but replies are received within 24 hours so it’s quite quick. I really liked the service they gave. Only negative comment is that it would be useful to have some additional comments available to understand each section of the form but otherwise an overall very good experience. I will use this team again next year!
