take my money but no delv my order, scam store

I am so annoyed! I ordered items on the 20th Dec & followed the tracking on Track718 all the way to Merseyside where they have dissappeared even though they've been delivered??? To where i dont know because it wasnt my address 😡. I have tried track718 they said to get in touch with company. I have emailed them 5 times no reply & cannot access the site anymore.
Before this though i contacted them because 2 lots of the payment amounts came out of my account and i emailed them straight away to say return it and they DID, so i dont get it? Where are all these invisable goods? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Took my money very quickly but no items delivered.
I email them to be sent an automated reply asking me to check around me with neighbours even though I my first email which they is somebody in this hours all the time.
I feel very angry and wished I'd check on her first as it's scam.

Why after reading these reports has nobody shut them down yet.

I wish I'd seen the reviews for this 'company' before I ordered. I mistakenly thought the M&S logo meant it was trust worthy. I ordered on 22nd December, today they said that they had delivered. They obviously haven't as I was home all day. I'm normally very careful, so I'm annoyed with myself for failing for the scam. £30 out of pocket may not be a fortune but that's not the point. I can't believe they are still advertising on Facebook.🤬

I have made M&S head office aware that these fraudsters 'Taxain.com' have not only used the good name of M&S, but also have scammed lots of girls/women who have sent their hard earned money to this scam. M&S were very appreciative for the information I provided.

M&S advised me to ring ACTION FRAUD on telephone number 0300 123 2040. Which I did, they will create a file and provide you with a crime number. ACTION FRAUD wants to encourage any person on this site who've lost money to ring them, the more they receive the stronger the case will be.

Also your bank will help you and as a last resort the Finzncial Ombudsman on telephone number 0800 033 4567.

Total scam and annoyed with myself for falling for it! Tracking said goods delivered but nothing arrived! I’d give no stars if I could.

I have been scammed by this company too, DO NOT order anything from them you will not receive it!! I placed my order on 26th Dec 2023,and like other people receive updates of where it was, then today tried to view my order and the site cannot be reached, I only spent £28.00,but am so mad that they can still be able to advertise!! Disgusting!!

Placed order on 27th december got email confirmation saying everything is good order is shipped been waiting untill today nothing come through and now cant even access the website its a complete scam dont trust it

Taxain seems not genuine. Let them be investigated.
I urge Google to BLOCK TAXAIN AND THE ACCOUNT THEY USE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THEY ARE SCAMMING THE PUBLIC. BLOCK THEM NOW

Scam site?

They are currently running display ads on YouTube (Google AdWords ad network) with a large M&S (Marks and Spencer) logo and the text says "clearance sale", the ad leads to the taxain website though, not M&S and the company running the ads is listed by Google AdWords as Dollead Technology Ltd, in Hong Kong.

The Taxain website says "M&S Outlet Store" on it, but they have no connection with Marks and Spencer plc...

Complete scam....goods not received.....stay clear.....reported

They are scam. They are Liars. I bought some clothes worth £71 but received a ring from a company called GRA I am utterred gutted by this. May the Lord find and expose these culprits so that they can face the wrath of the Law. This is wrong.

I didn't get my product as well, they say wait patiently please but the goods have not yet come way beyond the date,the tracking is also very sketchy.i will surely correct myself if I receive my good in future. But for now it's a scam.

I can't believe I have been scam again the second time if not the 3rd on line. I blame Google for allowing such business to advertise their goods using Google platform without verifying their legitimacy.

Just realised I have been scammed by these people. Kept emailing about my goods and been told it on it way. To been finally told that it had been delivered when nothing has turned up I thank good I didn't spend a lot I will keep a look out for these thieves be more aware. Google such shut them down.

I bought 10 worth of clothes which I thought were from m&s . I got charged 10 for postage I didn't mind cause the amount of goods I had ordered . I can usually only dream of clothes from m&s
When I emailed them to see where parcel was told me to be patient it was then I noticed the name of company was different my daughter is going to say told ypu so

SCAM for sure! - 2 days ago, I tried to order some products adding up to £101, when I went to the check out, the whole order was £1104. When looking in detail it seems that they were charging a £999 Shipping fee + £3 insurance...

I went to an M&S store and spoke to the manager and she said, this is not a legitimate M&S website. People please do not enter your details!
