Terrible experience. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I ordered a 2XL jacket and after waiting two weeks it finally arrived, but the sizing was completely wrong. It was small enough for my 11-year-old son to wear. On top of that, the quality is very poor. I would not recommend purchasing from this site.

Been trying to get a refund for over 30 days. They are asking for item to br returned to China at my cost when this was not explicitly stated at check out. Item looks nothing like website picture. Do not buy from them. Raised complaint with payment provider for goods not matching website picture. Been offered 70% refund today with no return. Still not accepting as item only fit for bin. I said I will continue to write a review on trust pilot daily until issue resolved.

Just been scammed!!!! Just realised they weren’t go email me back in the end regarding an item that was too small. took weeks to get here. How do these people sleep at night.!!!! Do not order !!!!!!

Disgraceful company. Cheap Chinese products which are not the correct size. Impossible to get reimbursed...a total fraud

SCAM - Ordered a jacket and have asked multiple times for it to be returned and refunded and now being ignored.

I ordered a very. Nice purple anorak supposedly a large man’s. When it came it was too small and they would not accept this in spite of photographs and measurement.i finally gave up and now my petite wife is wearing it and the fit is fine but it cost £89

Item took WEEKS to arrive, not what I was expecting and ignored email comms to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is a fraudulent company. When you purchase an item it does not send you an email about the order and time it takes to receive the product. There is no way to contact the company to make adjustments or to cancel your order. As other users have indicated the inferior product will either come late or not be what you ordered. They basically copy the image of a product from other sites and place it on their website.

If I could give no stars I would. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a man’s coat. It arrived too late for the event I needed it for so I had to purchase another one. When it finally arrived it was of poor quality. I have tried in vain to return the item but have had no sucesss. They ask for photos. Then say they can’t open the file. Send photos in a different format and now no contact. This has to be fraud. Now emails are bouncing back

They have stolen my money. Deliberately sent children's clothes when adult size ordered and adult price paid.
Arrived 7 weeks late.
Returned to China at cost of £23. My mistake as parcel returned by Chinese post today. Scam company.
Chinese Police contacted and my request ignored.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!
I ordered the jacket from their website. I was provided with no tracking details or information about expected delivery. I emailed the company on the 20th Jan (13 days post order) to enquire about this, and received no response.
I therefore raised a dispute with my bank. I sent a follow up email to the company three days later, with still no response.
I then received an email from the company on the 10th February, saying that they had received the update from the bank about the dispute, and they blackmailed me, saying they would only help me with my order if I cancel the dispute. Quote ‘Once the chargeback is withdrawn, we will be able to proceed with investigating and resolving your concerns without any problem.‘
The company also informed the bank that the item had been delivered.
In March (2 months since the order was placed) the item was finally delivered. However at this point, I no longer wish to keep the item and it does not fit. The quality is not reflective of the price point.
I have emailed the company 3 times since, requesting information on how I can return the item for a refund, however have had nil response. I have also tried calling multiple times, with nil response.

I’m now left with a rubbish jacket and still no response from the company. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

My order took so long to arrive I asked for it to be cancelled as I knew it wouldn't arrive before Xmas. I had to buy alternative gift. Jumper arrived january/feb. They didn't want me to return it and said it would cost too much and offered me a 15% discount. Firstly I pursued refund but eventually accepted the discount which as of 16th April I still have not received.

Pity zero stars not an option. Stay away is right! Badly made clothes and very bad customer service, no refund, as they said they are dealing with quality issues from supplier. Hoping you will give up like some have and gave to charity! Bought in Dec, still no refund.

Now trading as carro moda or vice versa.

Just had a dodgy transaction from my credit card and think is these scammers trying it on. Now reported as fraud and refunded.

Just awful, boots are NOT leather they’re plastic. Customer service is non existent.

I agree with all the other comments. The "garment" was polyester not wool as advertised. Thanks to the intervention of the Bank a full refund has been given

I have ordered cashmere jumper for 70£ p and I received transparent trouser that you can’t even wear at home it’s like a joke and they never reply big scaaaaaaamers avoid

These people are literally scum. DO NOT BUY. As with another review I ordered two cashmere jumpers and got two cheap sweatshirts. Weeks between "customer service" emails, finally suggested I keep the items and have a discount and then said I had to pay to send the items back even though they were the wrong items! Unreal! THIS IS ACTUALLY FRAUD!! What are people like trading standards actually doing if not closing down people like this.

AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely poor quality and then they make it impossible to return the items. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.
