Excellent! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were kind and supportive to our daughter and the manager kept me informed during the lesson about removal of armbands and the process. Booked in for proper lessons and booking our son in now too! Thank you

Staff very interactive and keep my 3 year old entertained whilst she’s learning to stay safe in the water. Particular mention to Charlotte, Freya and the nice lady who works in the cafe. Always super happy and go the extra mile!

My daughter loves her swimming lessons with Jamie, we started when she was 3 months old and Jamie has always been super supportive and encouraging. Made to feel super welcome from the start, pool is nice and warm, facilities nice and clean and parking onsite. Always stay for a coffee afterwards too!

I am so glad we chose this company to start my toddlers swimming lessons with. We attend the Bawtry location once per week, sometimes we make use of the booster lessons too (you get 3 extra lessons per week, for free!!). I like the progress app and the staff and friendly and helpful. The Bawtry location is modern and clean. I did try the other Doncaster location in Wheatley and wasn’t a fan.
When my twins turn 2 I plan to start them with lessons too. Hoping there is a twin discount haha

My little girl Poppy has attended Swimstars and Dolphins since she was a toddler. She has absolutely loved it since the very start. The team are so friendly and supportive, they’re super patient and are able to convey complex skill and technique in a way which makes sense whilst also being fun and enjoyable.
I’ve seen my daughter progress and gain in confidence over the years, transitioning into a happy confident swimmer, with good sound knowledge of swim safety. She looks forward to going every week and we regularly utilise the top up sessions.
The individual online progress report is great too and clearly shows where progress has been made and what aspects are being focused upon to further progress to the next level.
We’ve attended several of the holiday camps too and they are always well run, full of fun and variety and enjoyed very much by my daughter.
I would highly recommend Swimstars and Dolphins, great coaches, impeccable staff, amazingly well serviced and maintained premises and great value for the high level of service you receive.
It’s 5 stars all the way from us.

I can’t recommend these swimming lessons enough! The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, professional, and so supportive with the kids. They take the time to encourage each child and build their confidence in the water, which really shows in how much my kids have improved. The atmosphere is warm and positive, and my children genuinely look forward to every lesson. A fantastic experience all around!

The team at Swimstars have been absolutely wonderful with my 3 children including my little girl who has just turned 2. We were unsure if she was too young to start but they have been so good with her, making her feel safe and even using makaton to help her understanding. Having swim buddies in the water with the kids has built their confidence so much. Staff are always reassuring adults throughout the class that their kids are happy and encouraging kids to smile and wave at their grown ups!
They have been really accommodating when changing our swim lesson times, if we have ever needed to join a waiting list for a class time it’s only ever been a couple of weeks to get the time we need.
The facilities are always clean and well cared for.
Worth every penny!

My two children have been swimming with Swimstars for several years, my 8 year old for 4, and my 4yr old for 2. My eldest took to the pool like a pro, whizzed through the stages with no issues and is now in academy and is able to swim 1000m. She loves her lessons and hates to miss them. Marc, a swim teacher, has taught her twice at various stages and he is incredible. Doesn't miss anything, and will correct until the swimming is perfect. She has flourished under his teaching. My youngest, however, did not follow his sisters footsteps (or flippers!). At the start he cried and screamed, then a water buddy called Ruby changed everything. She was so patient, found out what he liked, played with him, talked with him and slowly but surely he fell in love with swimming. The patience Ruby showed was remarkable and some days he could cry for the full lesson, yet she smiled the whole way through. Then when he moved groups we hit the water wobbles again, but again Ruby never faltered. She figured he felt happy and safe with the group he was in, then when they were playing they would chase a ball down to the group he needed to be in. She did this for weeks, until again he felt safe and settled. J is now swimming, working towards stage 6 and has thrived and this is all down to Ruby. All the staff have been amazing and I could not think of anywhere else to take my children, so much so, that when my school needed a new swim provider, I recommened Swimstars in a heartbeat

Brilliant academy. Our son has been here for nearly 2 years now and the progression is amazing. I can’t praise them enough - from being friendly and helpful with my son as well as myself, they’re just built for this and do it very well.

My son went to swimstars for a few years and my daughter has been there about 18 months now and the speed in which they progress is amazing! We tried the local council swimming lessons with my son prior to starting swimstars and the progression wasn't there at all. Swimstars are amazing and they are the cleanest swimming pool we've ever been to! The changing rooms are always super clean and there is always someone cleaning the floors around the pool. I recommend them to everyone I know who's kids are going to be starting swimming lessons

Fantastic swim school. Freddie and Micheal in particular always go out of the way to make my son feel comfortable. They listen and the progress they make is good. We’ve been using the swim school since he was 3 and he’s now 6 and my youngest now attends too!

My two children attended leisure centre lessons from being babies but they were hardly making any progress. We were reluctant to try Swimstars due to the price but WOW it has been worth every penny. They have come on so much in just 5 months! Swimming without arm bands, listening to instructions and loving learning to swim. The ratio of staff to children is fantastic too. Cannot rate highly enough!

Got two children that attend SwimStars in Bawtry. Absolutely fantastic. It is great how they have swim buddies in each session to support when necessary.

Absolutely great from the minute we walked through the door. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, the place is well maintained and organised. The actual lessons have brought my daughter’s confidence and swimming ability on no end. It was tricky to even get her in a swimming pool initially. They’re all brilliant and very patient. The welcome pack and rewards system with certificates and book to keep them all in is great for kids and their motivation. Communication via email and text is great. Keep doing what you’re doing , thank you! 5*

Really good facilities - lots of cubicles always nice and clean. Good viewing area with lots of seating.
Staff are great with the children - they really encourage them and make swimming lots of fun. Never too busy in a class and always lots of swim buddies there to help alongside the main instructor.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. The teaching from babies onwards is just phenomenal. Ive had a fair few changes over our time with them and not once have I felt judged or a burden. Having audhd children is hard trying to find a place that accommodates. Swimstars bawtry is your place. Always recommend and will continue to do so

Amazing company. Facilities are great. The swim teachers and pool buddies are fantastic. We moved here from another local provider and our children have developed so quickly into confident swimmers. The only gripe I have is that sometimes teaching staff swap around groups too regularly. Our children have done better in groups where they have continuity week in week out as they get to know their teachers and are more confident around them. This is a very small thing though. There isn’t anyone in our area better and it shows with the amount of awards won and the popularity of their swim schools
