Let me tell you, I absolutely LOVED the collar! It knocked all of the fleas off my cat, and the best thing is that my cat wasn't the one wearing the collar... my dog was lol. Needless to say this collar is a hit in my family

Sereotspetcollar.com; Purchased 3 dog collar package $92 Jan 31, 2026. Order confirmed. Week past delivery date no collars, Sent message to service email posted. No response. Researched company name and address posted on Website. Attempted contact, Company address and phone no longer valid. Weeks later received 2 dog collars, no invoice. Filed dispute with bank. Returned 2 collars with UPS (tracking # noted) to address on return label. Dispute with Bank finally settled March 20, 2026.

I've put this collar on my cat on Saturday afternoon and cat passed away today...
24th December.....
There so so many videos and posts about this dangerous collars.....
Never ever buy this.
Avoid and stay away from that

Stay away from this poison. Bayern been sued by hundreds of people because of that. FOR THEM ONY MONEY MATTERS!!!

I have a 5 year old cat. She has always been very healthy. I put a Seresto collar on her for the first time im late August. She gradually got sicker and sicker. I took the collar off. I kept taking her to the vet and they could find nothing wrong. 3000.00 later she is still ill. Please be careful with these things!!!!

I've justcrecently bought these collars for my dog and cat i am really pleased with the results had an huge problem with fleas due to someone's young puppy that hadn't been treated by the breader ive always used a pipette frontline and didn't work along with treating my home this has been a god send ..would definitely recommend

Have always used Seresto collars and never had a problem with them before. Spent a considerable amount of money on buying 6 of them from Pets at home recently for my dogs and within weeks , have found live fleas on them!

I would give this company no stars! Stole my money and didn’t send the dog collar. No contact, ignored my emails and never returned my money or sent the item. Absolute Scam. Avoid this company - it’s hide behind company is

Do NOT buy this collar , I paid £35 for it , my dog ended up having seizures , which he’s never suffered with before . Couldn’t pin point straight away , until I realised it’s the collar, took it off him and he’s been fine ever since. Do not poison your pets . Just go to a vet instead

Bought from Amazon and 8 weeks in my dog has fleas …. So called protects them it’s a sham I’m so disappointed

Bought all 4 dogs seresto collars from vet and they have only lasted not even 2 months! This company needs to be shut down!For the price,it is not effective!! Want to spread the word and hope this company ends up closing! Worthless!!!

I used to swear by these. I dont know if they've changed but the collars we have purchased this year are worthless. How is this product effective if you see fleas crawling around on the neck where the collar is placed. In the past I loved these collars. Now they are a waste of money! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Do not purchase Seresto collars for your pets! I repeat, do not purchase Seresto collars for your pets. They are poisonous. I spent almost $400 for 4 collars- 2 for my dogs and 2 for my cats. My cat had a severe allergic reaction . She was throwing up for days and I did not think it was because of the Seresto collar. I took her to the vet and $900 later they told me she had gastritis. I brought her back home and she kept throwing up. It wasn’t until I realized that she had lesions all over her neck that I thought to myself it must be the collar she has not been the same since. The collar came off, but now I have to bring her back to the vet to take care of the lesions.

If I could give zero stars I would but I bought 2 of these for my indoor cats because my dogs go outside and and incase they bring any nasties in with them and they have given both my cats chemical burns round where the collar sits I am soo soo upset 😪 after 3 days of wearing the collar

I have used Seresto collars on all 4 of my dogs for several years with no issues and no fleas or ticks. I do check my dogs neck daily for irritation but have never had an issue. Please make sure you buy it from a vet or pet store. Make sure it’s not an imitation!!!

Elanco has recently taken over for seresto collars. My problem has never been with the Seresto collars which have kept my dogs safe, healthy and tick/flea safe now for over ten years. This new company Elanco based out of Germany has zero customer support. as there are many kock off's today I questioned one purchase of a seresto collar. Back when Bayer was in charge their customer service was A1, but with these people at elantro one can forget any customer service for seresto collars anymore. very sad, very unfortunate that the company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT OUR FAMILY MEMBERS

We have spent 200 dollars treating our cats. After three weeks. Multiple treatments with bravecto and capstar .we also washed our cats with flea shampoo. Do not buy this product. Had to postpone my placing cats in cattery because they were flea ridden .
I demanded my money back. There is no way that it works effectively as a slow release for 8 months. An absolute rort

Like so many others, I was attracted to the 'recommended by vets' claim on Seresto's ads.
With hindsight, I defy you to name ONE vet who recommends them.
But when you are desperate to help your pet,
it is so much easier to be fooled.
Sadly, my beloved cat Freddie died from a reaction to wearing the collar for only two days two weeks later. I quote Seresto...
"There is no established link between death and exposure to the active ingredients contained in Seresto".
So why is my previously very healthy, sadly missed cat no longer with us after using your collar?.
Come on, UK Government...please outlaw it NOW!!!

I put the collar in my 9 month old cat 5 days later he died instantly no symptoms I buried him 30 minutes ago.
Then I find all the bad reviews.
Don’t chance it, it’s not worth it.

The small dog collars are too tiny, they wouldn't fit a small cat, let alone any small dog. I did call and speak to a customer representative who simply said buy the bigger collar which is for a weight of greater than 18 lbs. That's is not what is needed!!! You people need to make the small dog collars longer! Putting a large collar on a small dog is not logical. I have pekingese who have a larger next size. These small collars would hardly fit a cat!
