***Avoid or proceed with care***

I booked my child in for a female teacher and when I got to the venue it was a male. Although the male teacher seemed lovely it was not what I had signed-up for.
I then tried to give my ‘30 days notice’ and so far after 3 emails numerous calls (recorded) I am still waiting from 16th January for somebody to acknowledge my notice.

I personally feel this is an unorganised scam. How they don’t allow you to have a one off taster should be a warning. Now I am stuck paying for 2 months of lessons which my child is adamant not to attend as it’s not a female teacher (who I originally booked).
