Sweetnight structured contoured memory foam pillow
My neck problem had worsened considerably.
I tried several different options from different vendors, to no avail.
The Sweetnight, structured, cooling memory foam pillow, has given me the best night’s sleep!
Highly recommend to everyone.
Piece of junk with difficult returns
Sweetnight refuses to post any new negative reviews. Sort by date and you will see. Here is my review they rejected:
I am renovating my travel trailer and wanted a new mattress. This was recommended as being comfortable and light weight by someone on an RV blog as I need to access my underbed storage easily. However there is absolutely no edge support. You sink straight to the frame when you sit down. Not okay straight out of the box. I contacted customer service after the 72 hour period and they gave me so much runaround. 1st - Well just try it for the full 100 days. 2nd - Okay, we'll give you a 30% refund. 3rd - A 60% refund. 4th - A 70% refund. 5th - I finally got them to agree to a full refund if I donated the mattress. Don't waste your time of money with this absolute junk or this terrible company.
CS was very responsive - mattress just ok
Customer service is good and very responsive. The mattress was recommended by an influencer. The mattress will be “okay” for the guest room or maybe young children but I would not order for full time use. It feels “okay”. After 48 hours. It is still not completely inflated to 12 inches and hasn’t moved after the first 24. The sides are soft when you sit down. We opted to purchase box springs separately for support. A platform bed might make a difference. We had the bed and bed frame already.
Positioning instructions are nonexistent-just how to unpack. With a king size mattress that is swished flat markings are important since a king is almost square (76x80). Tags like they have on fitted king sheets indicating top/bottom and side would be very helpful.

While the mattress did not work for me (it was too soft for my liking and comfort), I am giving 5 stars to the excellent customer service provided. Anny was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She looked at different options and alternatives, but unfortunately, neither worked and was able to process a full refund. Thank you.
Excellent Customer Service!!
Although the product didn't work out for me, the customer service was exceptional. Anny was professional, polite, and very responsive. We were able to reach a very acceptable resolution and I recommend Sweetnight mattress products regardless. If only all companies had such excellent customer service support!!!!
Whisper Mattress Too Soft for Me
I ordered the queen Whisper Flippable mattress. I was very pleased that it had no smell to speak of. I was able to set it up alone. Two of the corners took a long time to expand, but finally caught up to the rest. I really wanted to like this, my first foam mattress of any kind, but it wasn't comfortable for me. I felt like I sank into a spot and had to roll uphill to get out, which woke me up. It took some arm twisting to get them to honor the 100-night satisfaction guarantee, but I expect a refund check by the end of the week. I'll update if I don't receive it. I was asked to donate the mattress to a needy person, which I did, but it was a bit of a pain.

Great customer service and great…
Great customer service and great product. I ordered the wrong mattress and Sally, with customer service was awesome at solving my issue. The box was very damaged but Sweetnight's packaging is amazing with no damage to the mattress. We are extremely happy with the mattress we received and it filled out the full 10" in the middle as expected, 9" around the edges in approximately 12 hours. We will purchase again from this company.

I received my Sweetnight mattress and it expanded quickly. There was no smell like I had heard can happen. It's very comfortable. I did need to contact Customer Service for an issue and they were great. Very responsive and quickly took care of my concern. I'm very happy with my mattress and the service I received.
Given this mattress as a Christmas…
Given this mattress as a Christmas gift, bed never fully expanded, sent multiple emails as instructed with various requests, also spoke with Sally the manager. I was first offered a 50% refund, then an 80% refund. This goes against their 100-day return policy. There is no one in the US that is able to help with this. Just had another pointless conversation with CS in Texas and they are not able to help either. I will never order from them again nor recommend them just based off of the horrible customer service I have received. I can't give an opinion on the product because I haven't been able to use it!

Professional and kind customer service. Helped me with my problem and acted quick on a solution. I am very pleased and nicely surprised. Been using their pillows for more than a year now. Recommend:)
low quality
Made in china. Not high quality. If you sleep in one spot it will have a permanent indentation making it very uncomfortable. I called on the 95th night and they were critical of why I didnt call earlier if I wasnt happy. They count shipping time so the 100 nights isnt accurate.

Wonderful company to deal with
I bought a pair of Sweetnight pillows and had a small problem with one of them as it needed more of the filling. I contacted Sweetnight and they (Sally) resolved this immediately by sending me a replacement (I didn’t buy direct from Sweetnight). I was pleasantly surprised at the speed which all of this was resolved and would definitely recommend this company, as their Customer Service is excellent. Having slept on the pillows for a few days now I can also recommend them as a lovely, comfy and good night’s sleep.
I ordered the 12" queen size whisper…
I ordered the 12" queen size whisper and a mattress topper. The items arrived on 2 different trucks 2 days apart. I was worried at first, but customer support responded quickly via email, and even called me to see if I had any more questions or concerns. The mattress is great quality for the price. Not too soft and not too firm. Thank you sweet night.
So comfortable pillows
I needed to replace my feather pillows...... I don't like fibre pillows but I decided to give these a go. So glad I did, they are terrific, so very very soft and cuddable. I wish I'd bought them sooner!

Happy with my mattress purchase
I ordered the queen size Whisper mattress and find it very comfortable so far, not too firm and just soft enough.
It arrived quickly via FedEx. The mattress cover it came with had a small hole in it, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service offered to send me a waterproof mattress cover as a replacement and I was happy with that. The replacement arrived within 3 or 4 days and I would definitely order from Sweetnight again.
COMPLETE LET DOWN
I wanted to love this company but it has been a nightmare dealing with customer service that isn’t even in the US. Complete run around, trying to offer me a measly 5% off a mattress I don’t like. Not honoring their policy, just days of drawn out nonsense and now I’m told I have to find a place or person to take it and sign something saying I donated it. I didn’t know I was an employee?!?!?!
I bought a twilight and a memory foam for my kids room. The memory foam has zero support on the sides and you can completely feel the floor below you. NOT WORTH the price paid for the quality it doesn’t have. Love my twilight, and now I HATE this company unfortunately.
