Great bedroom set, Best deal, Flawless delivery

The bedroom set is really nice and well made. Very sturdy and as attractive as you hope for when purchasing online having not seen it in person. I love it and know it will last many years. It was well packaged and delivered on time with absolutely no flaws. Minimal assembly with easy to follow instructions. I shopped hard and found the same set for more money in several sites, but furniture cart was by far the better deal, and more than $1000 less than similar or lessor quality bedroom sets we looked at our local chain furniture stores. I would not hesitate to purchase from furniture cart again and will recommend them to anyone buying furniture. Thank you.

Love the choice of furniture!

I love the choices of furniture, and found exactly what I was looking for! I bought a bar and back bar first, then came back a year later and bought the matching counter height table. Ordering was easy, customer service helped me a lot with understanding "white glove" delivery and bundling chairs I was purchasing. Communication was professional and very helpful. The furniture came wrapped so expertly there was absolutely no damage. I will order again!

I don’t recommend buying from this…

I don’t recommend buying from this company because the delivery process is awful and no one will own up to the responsibility of why my items were ordered nov 24th and I still don’t have it December 31st. The shipper has a ghost scheduling department, no one that can say when I will receive my order. No response when inquiring

Everything was delivered as promised…

Everything was delivered as promised and the furniture was quality made.. Only thing I don’t know how to properly use the light in the headboard. Didn’t see instructions anywhere. Also had some pieces of black wood I couldn’t find a purpose for.

This business operates like a scam…

This business operates like a scam organization. Furniture Mart has “support” staff who should not be conversing with the public. I have been trying to return a bookshelf since the white glove delivery company failed to deliver the item to the designated room.

On Thursday, November 13th, I called for assistance and spoke with a man who refused to provide his name. I asked to speak to his manager, but he stated that he does not have one. I then asked if he was the owner of the company, and he said no. I replied that if he is not the owner, then there must be someone to whom he reports. I asked for the general manager, and his exact words were, “I am the general of the managers.” I found that statement extremely odd. I even asked if this was a military organization and if he was a “general,” obviously knowing the answer was no.

I explained that I was not the one who unboxed the bookshelf. It arrived as a single piece and had not been assembled. The delivery company unboxed it, and they were extremely rude upon arrival. The first time, they attempted to leave the item in my driveway even though I paid for white glove service. When I corrected them, one of the men argued with me. The company later called to admit their team was wrong and should not have treated me that way. I stated clearly that I did not want the same men returning to my home because they made me feel unsafe.

They sent the same men out two days later.

What part of “they treated me like crap” was not understood? I explained this entire situation to the alleged “general of the managers” at Furniture Mart. The delivery failed because I did not feel safe allowing those same individuals back into my home. He then told me it was my problem.

I am shocked that a company of this size is being operated in this manner. I am confident that Cory Price and the other executives would not appreciate any of this, and I fully intend to reach out to each of them.

The Crown Jewel of my home, my coffee bar

Not only is the piece of furniture that I bought absolutely perfect. The qualities is unbelievable calling up about my delivery was wonderful. I got my peace in about a week and a half delivery was great. Everything was great. I can’t say enough.

Prob wouldn’t order from them again

I dealt with two sales reps over the phone for my purchase. One was so rude and tried to make this harder, the other was helpful. After I paid and waited for delivery, the company they use to deliver called and informed me the dresser would be left curbside unless I paid an extra $179 to have it brought in the house. I feel that for what I paid this should have been included in the price, the “deal” I got from ordering from furniture cart was a wash because of the delivery charge.
