I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with BedStory. The mattress itself was good quality and comfortable, and it worked well for me initially.

Unfortunately, due to some medical changes, I needed a firmer level of support and could no longer use it. Even though I was slightly outside the trial period, their customer service team was very understanding and took the time to review my situation.

They communicated clearly, responded quickly, and worked with me to come to a fair resolution, which I truly appreciated. They also provided helpful suggestions to improve firmness, which showed they genuinely care about their customers.

Overall, I’m very happy with how they handled everything and would definitely recommend them based on their customer service and willingness to help.

Good Will Very Much Appreciated.

Unfortunately we could not get comfortable with the bed. We were slightly outside the return window because this was bought for our winter vacation home and we were not here to arrange a return. Even still BedStory made things right by providing a full refund.

Problem Resolved

I purchased a BedStory king size mattress through a third party platform. After using the mattress for 6months, I emailed BedStory customer service about the back pain I was still experiencing. Within a matter of a few days the issue was resolved, and I received a discount to put towards an excellent bed topper. Customer service was kind, thoughtful, and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. Its too early to tell, but I think their suggestion about the bed topper was a good one. Thanks to the Bed Story staff involved with this matter.

Great customer service!

I ordered a mattress from BedStory and while the mattress itself was fine, the firmness level wasn't what I needed for my back issues. As to the mattress itself, it was well made, it expanded fully, and without any chemical smells. The quality was very good and if the mattress was a higher firmness level, it would be great.

I gave it a few weeks and the mattress was just too soft so I contacted them for either a refund or exchange. They didn't have an ultra-firm option so we chose to return the mattress.

The return process was simple, we received the refund quickly, and the return process is just a phone call and someone picking up the mattress.

Overall, the customer service was great and I just wished they made a firmer version of their mattresses.

Excellent customer service

While my husband and I were in Florida for two months, the bed that we were sleeping on was extremely soft and creating back issues for me, which I already had, but they were becoming much worse as I was sleeping on this mattress. Since we still had a month to go. I decided to try a firm mattress pad for the bed and see if that would help. After reading several reviews, I decided on this mattress topper. It was delivered very quickly and very easy to unwrap. We let it sit for 48 hours before placing it on the bed so it could reach its full firmness capacity. After sleeping on the mattress tonight, I realized it was still not firm enough for me and wanted to either get one that was firmer or a refund. I called the company but kept getting voicemail so I decided to email them. I had a response within 24 hours and they offered me a 25% discount. I really did not want this as I would not be able to use the mattress pad anymore. I let them know that that would not work for me and I would like to return it, but there was no way I could turn it and its original packaging. They emailed that would not work for me and I would like to return it, but there was no way I could turn it and it’s original packaging. They emailed me back and said it did not have to be in it’s original packaging. They said I could return it and they would pick it up or they would give me a 50% discount and I could keep it. Since we were on vacation and I really did not want to have to deal with this return I decided to take the 50% refund and was able to keep the mattress which I will give to someone. I must say the mattress was actually very nice and it fit the bed very nicely and it was firm but just not firm enough for me. If I could’ve exchanged it for something firmer, I would have, but since they did not have anything more firm I’m very happy with how this was all handled. I would highly recommend this company and I would deal with them again if they had the right thing for me. I understand what is firm to one person is not necessarily firm to another, so I was very pleased with the way they handled this.
