Clarion housing tenant
Every year it's the same old scenario they make appointments you stay at home for half a day (8-12 or 12-5pm yet they lie about attending no calling cards are left. I'm an old disabled lady and am at home 24/7 yet they lie lie lie about attending same every year for these annual gas safety checks. This morning I was abused left right and centre by a member of their staff a man who deemed it acceptable to abuse me. This is a serious breach of professional standards. The bully attitude did not cease it was nothing short of disgraceful. It left me feeling anxious and quite frankly ill
I'm a disabled lady who as a tenant of clarion should not I repeat should not be subjected to such dismissive appalling unacceptable behaviour from a contractual company who in my experience exercise shoddy ethics
I will be making a formal complaint because as I said this made me ill.

I'm ignoring that it took 6 months from when I reported the fault to finally getting my meter replaced.
Today's service was very good. I was reminded of the appointment, was told the name of my engineer in advance so when they turned up I knew they were legitimate. On the day Owen text his ETA which was great.
Arrived, didn't faff around and got the job done quickly. Was impressed with customer service and knowledge. Was able to answer my queries.

He was professional, knowledgeable and polite, and he kept me updated on what he was doing at each stage. He also pointed out that my boiler pressure was too high, which I really appreciated. I’d like to thank the engineer, Lamar, and the lady who took my call (name unknown), who arranged an urgent appointment after a distressed call. Her response was very reassuring and much appreciated.
Lamar attended promptly to resolve a boiler issue caused by ongoing kitchen renovation work. He was courteous, professional, and clearly explained the fault, the repairs, and the next steps.
His swift and thorough work ensured my daughter and I were not left without heating over the evening or weekend. Excellent service throughout.

A gentleman called Reg phoned to reset my boiler. This unfortunately didn't work so he phoned via WhatsApp to see what was on the boiler and talk me through it again. Thanks Reg you're a star

Absolutely disgraceful.
Left with a leak for over a week created a hole in my ceiling.
No hot water for 2 weeks no communication. Still was not fixed for 5 weeks. Still waiting for electrics to be done. Customer service are rude and give false information

Dev the gentleman who came to change my gas meter and to reconnect it to my smart metre was a really pleasant and polite man.He explained exactly what he had to do while he was here.After he had completed fitting the meter he went through every I needed to know he left no mess and put everything as he found it well done Dev
