Absolutely awful after service. Had heat source pumps and heating system fitted after two weeks developed and pressure leak had to turn off the system (their advice). 2 weeks no hot water or heating. Repairs appointments cancelled or changed. Customer service very uncooperative to help.

God-awful company. Would love to give no stars if I could!
I have been waiting 9 months for a new wireless thermostat. When they book an appointment with you, the vast majority of the time they do not turn up! You are left waiting at home all day. No text. No phone call.
Over those 9 months, after endless chasing, I have had 3 different home visits from engineers and they still can’t get it right, so I’m still waiting for the thermostat.
Dreadful to communicate with as you get passed about and no one answers honestly .
Was told on one of my booked visits the engineers van had broken down so they cancelled my appointment last minute. Then, 50mins later the engineer turned up. I asked I thought your van had broken down and he said no my van is fine so I guess lying to their customers is what they do too and is all part of the service!
Sureserve is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!

This company has been trying to find a leak at my neighbours property for four weeks! The leak has destroyed my bedroom with the ceiling in a state of collapse. I have a terminal lung disease and have now come down with a chest infection. This company don't give a ???? even parking there vans in my DISABLED bay of which I have video! If you have problems with your central heating system don't get these cowboys.

My boiler wasn't working, no hot water etc..
Little did I know it was the water pressure! I received a call from Reg and proceeded to video call. He explained what I needed to do, and I did it.. so now I know what to do in future..it was swift and very helpful!!

Absolutely shocking. I thought TSG were bad.
I had a new boiler fitted 6 weeks ago. And it's not worked properly since having it in. Now no hot water at all.
When called 0n the 13th may as an emergency they rock up in the 18th
And apparently it was all okay. Obviously not!

Mike & Jack have just installed a new boiler and radiators and done a fantastic job. Very polite and professional, worked hard but made every effort not to disturb me. Cleaned up all their waste and any mess made. Would recommend this team to anyone having a new heating system installed.

Never turn up. When you call, they say they're on the way... and this goes on all day. Every time they are meant to come, we have to move everything from the kitchen worktops into the living room. I have an adult son with ASD, and I'm an OAP with disabilities. Waiting in all day is stressful for us both. I can't start cooking, in case they turn up. We've now been without hot water and heating for days. Out of seven booked appointments, they've only turned up three times, and each engineer says it's a different fault and needs a different part ordering. As I'm a tenant with Social Housing, there's nothing I can do.
