Absolutely awful experience with this…

Absolutely awful experience with this firm from not turning up on the day which was arranged, then myself chasing them up asking if the engineer is coming! Having taken the day off work with a young family 3 weeks without hot water they said he can come tomorrow! Which he did Mark his name fitted the boiler but he still couldn’t get any hot water then said you’ll going to have to get a new cylinder! To which I politely ask him to clear up all his mess and leave! I’m now trying to get my money back and they can take there boiler back and definitely goin to use a proper firm! Another tip don’t use the video call as that’s what they do to do your quote absolute garbage! Local firm all the way now

Dev changed out my electricity and gas meters on behalf of Octopus today - communication leading up to the appointment was great and Dev really took the time to explain what was being done and what comes next. He is a credit to Sureserve!

Super friendly efficient service

Alex Goddard ID 17772 called me the day before and told me what to expect. He called the morning of the appointment and told me what time to expect him. He arrived introduced himself and went about the work quickly and efficiently. He was super friendly and was very helpful.
